Absolutely Wonderful!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and was very happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Foi o melhor café da manhã que tivemos por vários lugares por onde passamos.

Scelta ottima per qualità /prezzo e staff!consiglio!
Pros:

La posizione eccellente . Una terrazza abbastanza alta per vedere le mongolfiere all’alba . Lo staff super ! Tutti gentili e disponibili .
I prezzi per le escursioni giuste . La colazione Top tra salato e dolce , gentilissima anche la ragazza che la preparava in modo impeccabile !

Cons:

La stanza Cave quadrupla da noi prenotata non e’ stata il massimo . La scala che scende giù molto scomoda . Consiglio se potete di prenotare le camere “Stone” che sono più in alto e migliori .

Soggiorno da incubo!
Pros:

Solo lo staff!!! Sono stati molto gentili e disponibili alle nostre richieste, anche se non hanno potuto cambiarci la stanza grazie a Booking che ha acquistato questa camera.

Cons:

La stanza acquistata da Booking era un incubo!
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un verme nel letto, puzza di muffa e di fogna in tutta la stanza.
Sassolini che si sgretolavano dal soffitto e ci cadevano sui letti mentre dormivamo. Nel bagno gocciolava del liquido proveniente da una ventola posta nel soffitto.
Umidità, sporco e puzza!
Ragnatele ovunque lì da mesi.
Sulla prenotazione fatta tramite Booking la stanza avrebbe dovuto avere la vasca idromassaggio mentre c’era solo una vasca normale anch’essa piena di sassi provenienti dal soffitto con rubinetti arrugginiti.
Il nostro soggiorno è stato un incubo ma la cosa peggiore è stata la totale ASSENZA DI ASSISTENZA CLIENTI DA PARTE DI BOOKING!!!
Non effettuerò mai più nessuna prenotazione con loro!!

Ci siamo sentite a casa! Abbiamo deciso di rimanere una notte in più perché l’esprienza è stata meravigliosa ♥️
Pros:

L’atmosfera era magica. La struttura bellissima e il personale sempre gentile e disponibile; hanno accolto ogni nostra richiesta. Ci hanno aiutato persino per ciò che non riguardava la struttura.
La colazione era ottima e abbondante. La vista mozzafiato!
Ritorneremo presto ♥️

Ofrecen traslados del aeropuerto a la puerta del hotel, ahí mismo puedes contratar tours, los cuales te recogerán ahí afuera del hotel. El desayuno estaba rico. La experiencia muy agradable con el acceso a las terrazas.

Pros:

Tudo ótimo, localização boa, café da manhã perfeito, roupas de cama e colchão perfeitos. A estética do hotel é linda e foram todos mt legais conosco.

Cons:

Única coisa que me depecionou um pouco foi o terraço, ele é muito grande e super espaçoso porém os tapetes e almofadas pareciam não cuidados. O que foi um pouco decepcionante porque o critério para alugar foi o terraço em sí. Mas não mudou nossa experiência de forma geral, o hotel é bem bonito.

Pros:

Krásná lokalita, dobrá a bohatá snídaně. Z terasy výhled na balóny za východu slunce. Personál je velmi vstřícný. Ubytování je velmi pěkné a je to zároveň i takový zážitek...bydlet ve skále.

Cons:

Jediné velké negativum je, že zde u hotelu ani nikde poblíž nezaparkujete.
