Uma boa opção de hospedagem em Capadócia.
Pros:

Hotel muito elegante, bem cuidado, muito agradável e com mobiliário confortável. Um dos melhores que já me hospedei.
Efetivo educado e muito atencioso em orientar os hospedes, sugerindo atrações e passeios.
Quarto espaçoso com limpeza adequada, cama confortável e bem climatizado. Banheiro com instalações perfeitas e toalhas ideais além de opção variadas de itens de banho.
Oferece um café da manhã maravilhoso, contudo sem opção, servido na mesa e quase repetitivo.
Destaca-se a vista que se tem da cidade no restaurante, além do rooftop onde pode-se apreciar o voo tradicional dos balões.
Boa Localização, perto das principais atrações da cidade, faz-se tudo a pé, e ainda com opções de mercado, restaurantes, agências de passeios turísticos, e lojas, próximos, na rua principal de acesso à cidade e de fácil acesso.
Conectividade à internet com bom sinal.
Voltando a Capadócia, voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Amazing Location & Great Team
Pros:

Location was so good. Right beside the Goreme Market. Easily stroll around and explore. We booked the vintage car tour right from the shop next door. Was amazing.

Another commendable aspect was the service and the team. They had reached way before our stay date and gave us great recommendations for sightseeing as well as for the hot air balloon. Thanks to them we saved money on the balloon and had a great experience.

Room was spacious and my son enjoyed the bathtub in the bathroom.
Another amazing aspect was the breakfast terrace.

Cons:

Just the bed blanket and the carpet smelled a little musty. Rest all was great

Great trip to cappadocia!
Pros:

Our stay at Cratus Stone Palace was absolutely amazing. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a truly authentic Turkish experience with exceptional service throughout our stay.

What truly made the experience outstanding, however, was the receptionist, Seyied. He went above and beyond to help us with arranging day trips, preparing lunchboxes, and organizing our departure transportation. Most importantly, his genuine enthusiasm, kindness, and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and truly elevated our entire stay.

We would highly recommend Cratus Stone Palace to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

I stayed at the Cratus Stone Palace and it was truly an outstanding experience. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Göreme.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality food. The rooftop was absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect view of the hot air balloons at sunrise — a magical and unforgettable experience.

What impressed me even more was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The reception was perfect as well. I would especially like to thank Seyid at the reception for his warm welcome and kindness. The staff were extremely welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel manager for their kindness, cooperation, and professionalism throughout our stay.

Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and if I ever return to Göreme, I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.
