A disaster!
Pros:

First they gave us a room that, even though it was upgraded, the TV was not working. They changed our room to another upgraded room, When we were ready to have a shower, we found out that there was a glass pane missing on the shower. All the water of taking the shower ended up in the floor of the bathroom, making one of us fall and injure ourselves.

A beautiful and comfortable stay in Cappadocia with great hospitality.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We really enjoyed our stay and the overall atmosphere.

Cons:

Nothing major. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were happy with everything.

Excelente hotel en el centro
Pros:

Ubicación en pleno centro de Goreme pero en un lugar tranquilo de atrás de la municipalidad. Habitación amplia, cómoda y bien equipada. Lo mismo el baño. Muy bien desayuno y wifi. Excelente limpieza.

Cons:

El balcón no tiene una gran vista, el aire acondicionado era algo escaso para el tamaño de la habitación.

Bella stanza ampia e dotata di tutti i confort. Bagno con grande doccia e ben accessoriato. Colazione abbondante servita al tavolo sulla terrazza con vista sui camini delle fate. Ampio parcheggio gratuito adiacente. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ottima posizione. Non si può chiedere di più!

Posizione ottima proprio al centro di Goreme, vicino a tutti i servizi. Le camere sono spaziose e pulitissime. Tutto lo staff è stato sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La colazione ottima, ma si potrebbero mettere più dolci.
