Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Kappadokien. Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich top.

Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps zur Region und den Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir direkt über das Hotel eine Tour buchen konnten – diese hat uns sehr viel Spass gemacht und war bestens organisiert.

Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Magnifique hôtel, localisation parfaite.
Pros:

Personnels supers, gentils, arrangeants Bien placé pour tout faire à pied, très propre et le balcon est un vrai plus. Salle de bain parfaitement équipée. Superbe salle de petit déjeuner et terrasse extérieure magnifique sur le toit. Vue folle. !

Cons:

En HIVER, il n'y a aucun bar ou endroit vivant pour se poser le soir. Terasse fermée, pas de bar. Manque d'ambiance. Notre bacon avait un gros vis à vis avec une salle de réunion administrative, aucune vue du coup.

Lieu fantastique, mémorable!
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal. Nous avions la chambre 305 avec la grande terrasse devant. Vue magnifique. Stationnement juste à côté, sécuritaire. Le personnel a été fantastique, au-delà des attentes. Déjeuner exceptionnel. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais il y a une entrée arrière qui donne au 2e étage.

Cons:

La terrasse sur le toit n’était pas aménagée. Des morceaux de verre sur le sol.

Nossa experiência no Cratus Stone Palace em Göreme foi excelente.

O hotel é realmente muito bom. O quarto é extremamente confortável, moderno e bem equipado, com destaque especial para o banheiro, que é muito atual, espaçoso e com excelente estrutura.

A localização também é um grande ponto positivo, ficando muito próxima do centro de Göreme, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos e passeios pela região.

O café da manhã merece um elogio à parte: muito variado, farto e com ótimas opções, tornando o início do dia ainda melhor.

De forma geral, foi uma estadia muito agradável e recomendamos o hotel sem dúvidas.

A part of the world to experience!

Our stay at Cratus Stone Palace in Goreme was truly unforgettable — easily one of the highlights of our entire trip.

From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to take care of us. They arranged our airport transfer seamlessly, and check in was smooth.

One of the absolute highlights was our guide, Firat, who took us on a two-day excursion through Cappadocia. It was nothing short of phenomenal. His knowledge, energy, and passion made the experience so special, and we got to see and learn far more than we ever expected.

The accommodations themselves were beautiful, comfortable, and full of charm — exactly what you hope for. Our breakfasts were phenomenal, with the most beautiful view. They even went out of their way to fill the hot tub just for us, which was such a special touch after long days of exploring.

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the level of care. When my suitcase broke, they didn’t hesitate to step in and fix it for me — something they absolutely didn’t have to do, but did anyway without question.

This kind of service is rare. It felt personal, warm, and genuine the entire time.

We can’t recommend Cratus Stone Palace enough. If you’re coming to Cappadocia, this is where you want to stay.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre de göreme. Les équipements sont d'une grande qualité. Le personnel, tant à l'accueil qu'au restaurant, est très attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment formidable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
