The location was great. Very short walks to the train stations and Ikebukuro is nearby (worth visiting).
Yuko was incredibly helpful especially making sure we had everything we needed and offered assistance with sending our luggage to our next hotel.

La ubicación es justo lo que buscábamos, a pasos de todo el movimiento de Ikebokuro y a pasos de una estación de JR.
La habitacion es muy espaciosa, baño grande y cama cómoda. Se agradece mucho para el estándar japones de habitaciones de hotel.
Las instrucciones fueron claras y el lugar tiene cositas a 100 yenes en la entrada, por si te falta algo, aunque hay un 7eleven a media cuadra.
Lovely accommodation in the quiet suburb next to Ikebukuro. Close to the station, Sunshine City and other amenities including a laundromat, cafe, food and conbinis within the vicinity. Hosts were easily contactable via Booking’s internal messaging service and they provided detailed instructions on how to get to the accommodation and any rules that had to be followed.
Rooms were decently sized for a group of three and we really loved the bathroom. Thanks for providing such wonderful accommodation during our stay in Tokyo.

Great value for price. It's a solid appartment, clean and fairly close to Ikebukuru shopping ce tre (15mins walk) and metro (7mins walk), which further connects to major places in Tokyo.
The area itself is not very vibrant, but from here other places are easily accessible.
Close to JR Otsuka Station, has various konbini's and a supermarket close by. Even if the last train final stop is Ikebukuro, it's still easy to get to by walking. Room was clean and just as pictured. There was refresh of towels and room cleaning halfway through my stay. Would love to stay here again next time in Japan.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Lovely room and bathroom. Loved the rooftop patio. Elevator was very convenient. A small but nice selection of drinks and water in the foyer for 100yen. Laundromat 20 metres down the road. Bed was a very comfy medium-firm. Power point by the bed has inbuilt USB-A. The bidet was absolutely premium. Shower was lovely and spacious. Room has free wifi and a large TV with netflix. A microwave, kettle and mini fridge was in the room as well as an assortment of coffee and tea. A 711 just around the corner or family mart 2 minutes away. The 711 had an ATM+ that only charges 100yen on withdrawals with our pre paid debit travel cards. They offered a room clean during our stay. We used booking.com to communicate with the owner and they were quick with responses. Short walk to the station on the JR Yamanote line. Highly recommended staying here. We experienced an earthquake in the room and everything was well stable. AC was amazingly quick to heat the room.
I definitely recommend walking to the sunshine city mall. They have a rooftop aquarium, poke-center, bandai namco, one-piece, Sanrio and studio Ghibli store, as well as a dagashi store (penny sweets). Not much farther is the Ikebukuro main shopping area.
Near Otsuke station is a mini Don Quijote where I picked up some vac bags to store the stuff we brought better in our luggage before leaving.
The mini fridge, which we used to store some drinks, snacks and frozen treats, middle of our stay stopped working and then restarted, melting some ice-cream, and some frost over everything in it.
Yuko und Nick sind sehr nette Gastgeber und reagieren auf Anfragen schnell. Im Apartment hat man alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße wenige Gehminuten zur Otsuka Station. Kleine Getränke und Snacks kann man auch zum Selbstkostenpreis in der Unterkunft kaufen. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Big bathroom, new, clean, comfortable room, attention to detail in everything. Elevator. Quiet. Blackout curtains. Kind and helpful hosts 10/10. In a great neighbourhood with even two specialty coffee shops close by.

The lack of an iron in the room. There was one on the floor, but we never got to it.
The room was exceptionally clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful! The location is highly convenient with 3 convenience stores within a 5 minute radius. Otsuka station is less than a 10 minute walk away. Sunshine City is pretty close too.

Really everything is there there is also a scale to get to know th wheigt of your luggage, chips, water, sweets and and and. Was super nice and comfortable .
