安いけど大変

Pros:

自助報到很方便，樓梯比較狹窄，因為住在2樓+27吋行李箱還算可以輕鬆扛上去，附近有荒川線跟JR線可以搭乘很方便。

交通方便 鬧中取靜的住宿地點
Pros:

住宿地點離上野站非常近，旁邊也是荒川線，地點很棒。
晚上相當安靜，沒有什麼車輛會經過，附近買東西有便利商店和超市。
推薦可以去荒川線拍攝列車或親身搭乘，採購和果子，會是很特別的體驗
附近的餐廳似乎是當地居民會去的地方，但都沒有英文菜單，對於日語不熟練的我就沒有去嘗試了。

Cons:

最後一天有個韓國人在晚上十二時多來敲門，告訴我樓下有很多警察，要我們趕緊開門。
但我並沒有聽到外面有任何聲響，從窗戶往外看也沒發現什麼異狀，所以沒有理會，我也沒開門。
希望樓主能多注意，務必提醒房客們不要任意去敲其他間的房門，這確實有打擾到我們的休息。

Estancia comoda, volveria sin dudarlo!
Pros:

La ubicacion esta excelente, a 3 cuadras hay un Lawson y un supermercado con precios muy bajos para comprar comidas; tambien hay un McDonalds y un 7Eleven muy cerca de la estacion de Oku. Hay 2 metros/trenes cercanos que comunican con toda la ciudad. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y super seguro.

Respecto al departamento, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia comoda. He leido en otras reseñas que habian problemas con bedbugs pero en mi experiencia nunca tuvimos ese problema. El cuarto tiene calefaccion y aire acondicionado, una mini nevera, un horno microondas, shampoo, acondicionador, gel de ducha, cepillos para dientes, toallas limpias y sandalias para estar dentro del alojamiento. Las camas son comodas y calientitas (aun sin poner la calefaccion). El baño es amplio, la tasa tiene calefaccion integrada y el agua de la regadera se puede modular entre fria, tibia y caliente.

En general esta amplio a comparacion de otros hoteles tipo APA, asi que caben muy bien las maletas y las compras.

Para el lavado de ropa hay una lavanderia como a 4 cuadras, no esta marcado en Google Maps pero me parece mejor opcion que lavarlo directamente en el alojamiento, ya que cobran por minuto y en esa lavanderia ya hay un precio fijo por lavado con todo y jabon.

Cons:

Es cierto que las escaleras son pequeñas por lo que puede ser un poco dificil subir y bajar maletas si solo eres una persona. El sillon en la habitacion tenia una cortada por lo que no se veia totalmente nuevo, pero si estaba limpio.

Lo malo fue que intente comunicarme con el anfitrion porque no sabia como obtener la llave y nunca me contesto, pero en la entrada venia toda la informacion de como funciona la llave de acceso asi que se pudo resolver aun sin su respuesta.

隔音不好、床鋪不乾淨還沒有用過就有毛髮和汙痕，睡醒身體會癢。上下樓只有一個狹小的樓梯，搬大件行李時人差點都要摔下去

Pros:

Affordable and quite near from the nearest subway station. Everything was kept pretty clean and silent. Overall a good experience.

Cons:

We've stayed for a few days as the end our our trip to Japan so we had quite a few things with us and having to use the narrow staircase to move 4 big suitcases and bags on it were quite challenging and not related with the apartment itself but nearest subway line seemed way more crowded than others.

Pros:

L'appartement est proche de la gare, au calme et avec quelques restaurants et supérettes pour la nourriture.
Facilité pour le chekc-in et le check-out qui se font sur tablette à l'entrée, donc l'arrivée et le départ sont rapides.
La laverie est à un prix abordable (100 yens les 20 minutes) donc une lessive et séchage du linge revient environ à 3,5 euros.

Cons:

La literie est de très moyenne qualité.
Il n'y a pas de coin kitchenette. Il y a un micro-onde poser sur l'égouttoir de l'évier, une bouilloire et un tout petit frigo dans un coin. Pas de quoi faire à manger, seulement faire réchauffer un plat acheté. Il n'y a d'ailleurs par de couverts...seulement 2 verres.
Les chambres sont petites et ressemblent à un hôtel bas prix français.
Dans la description, l'hôtel est indiqué à 1, 7 km du centre, c'est plutôt 7 km mais comme Tokyo est une très grande ville, il est nécessaire de prendre les transports en commun pour se déplacer.

On cherche toujours la montagne qui apparait dans la description de la chambre !!
