Pros:

Location was great. Close to the Ameyoko and train station. Friendly staff. Free water bottles every day. Being able to wash clothes was definitely helpful in not having to pack a lot. 7-11 right around the corner with fridge and microwave in the room.

Cons:

The rooms weren’t as spacious as I’d like, though I know this is pretty big for Tokyo. It was difficult to open our luggage and for everyone to move around comfortably. Instead of a dryer you have to hang clothes in the bathroom and set the drying function. Many times our clothes were still wet after 8 hours. We spent a lot of time on our clothes, though I am thankful for the ability to wash clothes.

沐浴用品、冰箱、洗衣機、碗盤樣樣齊全，櫃檯人員也很客氣，走路3-5分鐘就是最熱鬧的阿美橫丁，離車站約步行5-8分鐘，飯店旁邊兩分鐘就有小七，非常方便，唯一美中不足四人房感覺是兩人房的大小，還有枕頭平了點，其他都很棒

Hotel Aima - good location
Pros:

24 hr staff on desk was fantastic as we didn't arrive till close to midnight. Lovely looking area - clean & modern.
Small separate toilet room, slightly bigger toilet than some other places, so comfortable enough. Very comfortable bed!
Great washing machine & the dryer function in the shower was amazing- a decent load of washing dried in 8 hrs while we slept. Great water pressure & decent sized shower beside a bath.
Kitchenette looked well fitted out but ended up not using it at all. Could swap towels at front counter daily if needed.
Location was good - a 5 minute walk from Ueno Station, close to restaurants & convenience store not far. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Shoes off at front door - a very small area at the front door to do this which was a little tricky with bags etc. No 'living' space to mention but it was great for us - we were out late most nights.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a pasos de una de las entradas al metro de la estacion de Ueno, la que además combina con la Skyliner que lleva al aeropuerto de Narita y con la JR y el Shibkansen.
Hotel cómodo, más amplio de lo usual para una ciudad como Tokio, con todo lo necesario.

Fabulous
Pros:

Great size family room especially for Tokyo with separate spacious shower room. Great kitchen and washing machine. Fabulous location with easy access to Ueno and skyliner station. Staff were very friendly (English speaking) and they provide luggage storage which is really helpful with late check in time of 4pm.

Cons:

Sofa bed a little uncomfortable but not a big deal
