Die Onsen waren super. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Mitarbeiter beim check-in konnte schlecht englisch. Konnte uns nicht erklären auf welchen Stockwerken die Onsen zu finden sind (gingen dann selbst auf die Suche bzw. Haben einen anderen Gast gefragt). Bzw wirkte er genervt von unserem späten check-in (19 Uhr), da er offensichtlich auch zeitgleich Dienst im Restaurant hatte.

Pros:

The staff was great. And both times we used the onsen itt was perfect. Also loved the breakfast. The japanese style family room was spacious and everything was very clean. Absolutely loved it.

Cons:

Would be difficult to access without a car.
