Enjoyed our stay, but was a bit warm.
Pros:

The check in process was smooth and the amenities were fantastic! We loved our room.

Cons:

The only downside was the room felt super hot and almost impossible to keep cool at night. Most nights we had to sleep with the window open and still sweat during the night.

Horrible smell to tabaco in the room

The smell of the room was disgusting. Smelt to tabaco so so much and the check in was after 6pm

お籠もりには最高ですね。
Pros:

604号室に宿泊。なんと言っても、ゴージャスな内装に尽きます。ジャグジーとバスルームがあって最高でした。

Cons:

公式サイトの部屋紹介の画像を増やして欲しいくらいです。

Good but won’t be back due to the lady at reception
Pros:

Nice rooms liked the panel to control the lights and ventilation it was all tied into a neat little pad on the headrest the bathroom and shower was nice also

Cons:

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude to me and my Mrs upon arrival because we only speak English she basically refused to even talk to us and when we tried to translate on our phones she just instructed the people behind us in the line to skip us and served them instead f taking the time to communicate with us through translation even though she was reading the translation she just continued to be rude and ignored us completely definitely wouldn’t be staying here again solely because of this situation just left us feeling totally disrespected and in the dark. Also we only had a few thin pillows on the bed could have had a few extra but mainly the lady at reception ruined my impression of the hotel

A really different yet typically Japanese experience. A good way to end our stay.
Pros:

Excellent value for money. It has a very luxurious feel. The room service is very reasonably priced and arrived quickly. It’s about 20 minutes from the centre of Tokyo on the JR lines.

Cons:

It is a love hotel and it is in a street with other love hotels so it’s a bit of a shock when you arrive. But that’s why it’s so private and luxurious.
