Pros:

The room was large, but overcrowded with unnecessary items, so there wasn't much free space.
Free parking with only four spaces, but I found at least one free space for my car every day.
A well-maintained hotel with good value for money.

Cons:

There is no wardrobe in the room, despite its declared 40 square meters, so it is a real challenge to store clothes outside the trolley.

次に東京に来るなら、今と同じ価格帯であれば、たとえ五つ星ホテルがあっても、必ずここに来るでしょう。

白い掛け布団の上に敷く変わったカバーは古く見えるので、敷かないほうがいいと思います。

Excellent value for money as the room are bigger considering the average of Tokyo with this price.
Room clean.
Comfortable bed and pillow.
Free parking, but with only 4 place without the chance to book it, but we found at least 1 place free everyday.

Cons:

Amazing hotel
Pros:

The hotel room was larger and more modern than all our other accommodations, so there was plenty of space to move around and sort out our luggage.
The amenities were INCREDIBLE, with free water and snacks, comfortable pyjamas, various toiletries (of great quality!) and even sakura essence for the jacuzzi. Besides hearing some slight noises from another room on our first night, the soundproofing was pretty good.
While it is located in an area with other love hotels, it is close to a main street and we felt safe walking back at night. The staff were always respectful, especially the short-haired receptionist with a sweet voice, who was super friendly and kind.
We were so impressed and happy with our room that we extended our stay for another 3 nights. We'd definitely stay at this hotel again if we returned to Tokyo. Thank you for spoiling us!

Cons:

The towels were rough and we didn't like all the plastic wrapping that they were supplied in.

Pros:

部屋が広いところ。駅から近く場所も良い。
防音もしっかりしていた。トイレ、洗面台、風呂などの設備が整っており、きれい。
ルームサービスが安く、ボリュームがあり満足した。

Cons:

風呂が広いのは良かったが、少し古めの印象だった。テレビのリモコンの反応が地味にストレスでした。荷物を置くところがなかったのもマイナス点で大きな荷物がある場合は苦労すると思われます。
