Pros:

Really great location to visit Tokyo.
You can walk on foot to the Skytree for example.
Not as touristy as other places, which I liked.
The breakfast is ok but that's it.
As in nearly every business Hotel you have a big bath available on the 2nd floor, which is good.
Oh and you get free tasty icecream on arrival (never had that before in Japan) :)
The hotel staff is nice and friendly but it seems their number is kept to the absolute minimum.

Cons:

Sadly the "observation Deck" on the highest floor is pretty useless (yeah it has a nice few), as there are no chairs or anything to rest and enjoy the view.

Did I miss something?
Yes a place to connect with other guests like in the Hotel SUI Hamamatsu, which includes a small bar with a happy hour, free hitsumabushi rice balls, games, etc.
That makes it very easy to get to know other guests.

炭酸泉最高!！
Pros:

炭酸泉貸切状態で最高だったし、アメニティーも選べ、息子と娘と私の3人で2部屋だったので男女に別れて使えてありがたかった。
朝食バイキングも美味しかった！

Cons:

部屋の携帯充電器が壊れていたので充電出来なかった。

大人3人1部屋で予約しました。高校生の息子達と泊まりましたが、思いのほか部屋が広く、トイレとバスルームも広くて快適に過ごせました。具体的に言うと、bedスペースとデスクスペースが分かれていて、いわゆる小さいリビングつき部屋みたいな感覚で、横浜のスーパーホテルに泊まったときは、ベッドに座って食事しましたが錦糸町スーパーホテルは大きなソファーや椅子で食事ができました。雨のライブ終わりで疲れて寝入ってしまい起きたら9時でダメ元で朝食に行ったら、いいですよと嫌な顔一つせず食事させてもらえました。感謝です！立地も最高です

鄰近車站，附近就有便利超商、唐吉軻德和超市，離百貨也很近，3月下旬造訪，附近的公園櫻花滿開非常漂亮。櫃檯會依照旅客國籍有相應講中文或英文的服務人員解說入住規則，不用擔心語言溝通問題
