Good location and great value
Pros:

Good location-very close the train station; very roomy and good bed. Provide free coffee and laundry facilities.

Cuando llegamos al hotel, y nos dieron una llave de las de toda la vida con un pedazo de llavero, dijimos faaaak? Pero todo a partir de ahi fue espectacular, habitaciones enormes, onsen propio, cama súper cómoda, limpieza impecable, amabilidad del personal máxima, cafe y agua 24h, check out pudimos dejar las maletas, todo lo que pueda escribir es de 10, ahn y a 3' de una estación "poquísimo complicada" en la línea circular "verde"

Cons:

El no poder quedarnos 5 dias mas!!! Fue todo maravilloso

Pros:

We were unaware of what "adult only" meant when we booked, which is a hotel that you can rent by the hour. That being said the staff was very nice, the location and value was great, and it seemed to be clean. I would not book again now that i know what it means but is my fault for not investigating further.

a valuable and worthy place to stay!
Pros:

The location was perfect! We only stayed for one night but it was only 5 minutes away from Otsuka station, and it was also the most spacious accomodation we’ve stayed at throughout our trip to Japan and I would definitely come back again! You guys were amazing 🥳 even if it says “adult stay” but it’s very discrete and nothing scary! Overall really good.

the wifi was a bit inconsistent so we had to rely on our data

Really great spot
Pros:

The amenities are amazing, the staff are very helpful and its in a very convenient area right next to Otsuka station. The room also has a lot of space especially compared to most Japanese hotels.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

L'emplacement est top avec plein de restaurants autour.
Le lit était très confortable, la baignoire top, les petites commodités super.
Très silencieux. Idéal. Spécieux.

Cons:

Pour un long séjour, ce serait bien de prévoir un ramassage des ordures.
