La habitación no tiene extractor de aire lo cual hace que tenga un olor a humedad y ni aún abriendo las ventanas se va ese olor

Okay, aber würde nicht nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Gute Lage an der Yamanote Line und nur 3min vom Bahnhof. Aber das war auch der Grund meiner Buchung.
Die Zimmer sind relativ groß für Tokio.

Cons:

Keine Fenster auf dem Zimmer. Merkwürdiger Duft im Raum (weiß nicht, ob es mal ein Raucherzimmer war) und nicht so bequeme Bettwäsche. Generell Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An sich natürlich für ein Love Hotel ausreichend, weil die meisten nur ein paar Stunden bleiben

Great location directly at the Yamanote line, spacious rooms are outstanding value for money
Pros:

Our second stay here. Awesome location close to the Yamanote subway station and a popular Onigiri restaurant. The rooms are spacious and all in all clean. You can use the laundry room free of charge, which was really great, with this hotel being the last stop on our journey. We were talking to three different staff members at the reception and while they were all polite, the younger woman was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There were a lot of small flies in the bathroom... I think they came from the drain, which was not too pleasant of course, but luckily it wasn't a big issue either. One employee did not react to us standing in front of the reception, and since you can't see their faces (there is a curtain so everyone can be discrete), this was an awkward situation. However, it was resolved after half a minute when we started talking and he answered, so... all good in the end :).

Good location less 5 minutes walk to yamanoto line.
Easy access to all of Tokyo's tourist areas. Big room.Good facilities.Many free toiletries in the room. Free coffee and tea.Comfortable bed.Good restaurants nearby. Every time they kept our bags until the next time we arrived at the hotel.

Cons:

Check in at 18. But when we first arrived our room was ready at 1:00 pm.
