Pros:

Room is spacious and has jacuzzi in it which gave relieve after walking too much . Strategic location, very close to otsuka station. Staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are beyond expectation. They have free coffee and cocoa machine. Very close to the famous onigiri Bongo.

Perfect location and big room
Pros:

Perfect location to move around Tokyo, right next to a metro stop on the Yamanote Line.
The rooms themselves were huge, compared to what is normally offered in the city for the same price

Ne vous laissez pas freiner par le fait que ce soit un love hotel ! Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique ☺️ et les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable, notamment des produits de soin pour le visage et le corps, du sel pour le bain, un peignoir, des chaussons, une brosse à dents et un rasoir. Le ménage était effectué quotidiennement et la salle de bain était très grande, avec une baignoire balnéo pour notre plus grand plaisir après une longue journée à explorer Tokyo. Nous n’avons pas été dérangés par le bruit pendant notre séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé juste à côté de la gare Otsuka, desservie par la Yamanote Line, qui vous permettra de rejoindre facilement toutes les grandes stations de Tokyo. De plus, vous trouverez de nombreuses commodités à proximité, telles qu’un centre commercial, un McDonald’s, un 7-Eleven et quelques petits restaurants de quartier. Petit +, un service de lingerie gratuit au 2ème étage et une machine café au RDC est à disposition.😃 Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel !

10/10 would recommend
Pros:

Free laundry was super convenient. Staff was really nice and asked us if we wanted our room cleaned every morning. Super clean rooms and very very spacious. AMAZING value. It was a 2 minute walk to the Otsuka train station, 7/11, McDonald's, family mart, and don quijote. Excellent location

Pros:

住宿地點離JR很近，樓下超商、免稅店，該有的幾乎都有，飯店很貼心 從沐浴乳、洗髮精、護髮乳、卸妝乳、洗面乳、泡澡粉、刷背的，基本上不用特別攜帶東西，飯店都有，房間也有微波爐，只是洗衣 烘衣 要到2樓才有，不過都是免費的，因為我們都沒有申請打掃房間，所以垃圾都放在門口請飯店收走，唯一缺點 就是WIFI訊號不太好，房間訊號一直斷訊，其他都很好~

Lovely hotel, rooms were very spacious, clean, the location is unbeateable, staff were lovely and price was very reasonable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

Our internet in the room didn't work, but we just logged into other room's net as it's all the same password. Due to the nature of the hotel there were some nights with some slightly loud, intoxicated individuals, but nothing that would stop me staying again.
