Pros:

受付の方の愛想が良かった
必要なものは揃ってて、不便なかった
駅からも近く助かった

Cons:

部屋の外（廊下）の音は結構聞こえる
同じ階に部屋が少ないので、それほど出入りもなくそこまでは気にならなかった。

small and likeable hotel
Pros:

very nice location! though the hotel is very small, it is very clean and the staff is very helpful.
There is a 711 near the location which is good and also a grocery store which is also quite near.
Restaurants near the grocery store.

Cons:

just that the toilet is a little small and nowhere to store clothes but besides those, everything is A OK
