古いホテルですから、仕方ないのかな。
Pros:

チェックイン、チェックアウトの対応がかなりスムーズでした。

Cons:

共用の風呂場の臭いが耐えられませんでした。排水の問題ですかね。

강추 : 가성비만족
- 가격만 좋으면 재방문 의사 100프로. 옆집이 평점높은 캐빈이던데 원래 거기 예약했다가 조금 더 주고 이곳으로 예약 바꿈. 다람쥐마냥 바지런히 쇼핑해서 짐 가져다 놓고 들락날락하기 좋음. 결과적으로 현명한 선택
- 하네다 공항, 나리타공항 1번에 가능
- 도쿄역 가까움.
- 긴자 1정거장 혹은 걸어다니기 괜찮음(도보 15분 거리인데 걸으면서 긴자 메인 구경)
- 돈키호테 걸어서 10분 이내(신호등포함)
호텔 -> 심바시역통과 -> 호텔에서 걸어온 거리만큼에서 살짝만 더 걸음.

위치가 좋습니다.
- 심바시역에서 (기차광장에서) 성인남자 걸음 1~2분 거리
단, 처음 찾아갈때 입구를 못찾아서 뒷골목으로 돌아들어갔는데 큰 길의 패밀리마트 바라보면 왼쪽 옆이 입구이며, 패밀리마트 내부에도 연결 문이 있어요.

깨끗합니다
- 청소상태 좋습니다. 욕실도 청결합니다.

방이 넓어요
- 일반 비지니스호텔 (APA와 비교) 1.5배 정도 더 넓은 듯(침대가 넓음)

친절해요
- 직원들 친절하고 체크인, 후 캐리어 맡아줍니다.

12층 목욕탕(엘리베이터 11층에서 내려서 1층은 걸어 올라감)
- 생각보다 작지만 물이 깨끗하고 야외 탕이 찬물이 아니고 따뜻한 탕이라(겨울) 몸담그고 여행의 피로 풀기는 좋아요.
여탕 : 거의 24시간 여는 듯
남탕 : 오후3~밤10시였나.. 시간이 정해져 있어요.

Cons:

- 침대가 평상위에 10센티정도 매트리스 놓은 듯한 느낌.

- 화장실 변기에 앉으면 바로 앞이 벽
(코요코인보단 10센티 정도 더 넓었지만(토요코인은 직각으로 볼일 봐야 함) APA보다 많이 좁아요)

駅近でアクセスがよかった。ファミマ、コメダが同じ建物だったのが特に良かった。

外国人向けなホテルかな？と思います。
Pros:

チェックイン時は名前が違う？とよくわからない
感じで調べてもらい、直接入力で決済しましたが、
研修の方たちが忙しそうに動いて対応されてました。
お部屋の中は綺麗にされていた。

Cons:

寝る際の換気口からずっと音がしてうるさくて、
乾燥機が不定期に使用されてるのか？
わからないが寝づらいです。かなり鬱陶しいと
回りの方たちと部屋でつぶやいているのが聞こえた。
イヤホンして寝たくらいなので、そこが一番改善点。

一年前からの予約をさせてほしい。
Pros:

新橋駅に近い安い！

Cons:

三ヶ月なのか四ヶ月なのか予約開始時期が分からないのはどうしたものか。
個人的には8月も泊まりたいのにいま予約ができないのは不便。8か月前ですが予約して旅行を安心したいのに。他のホテルはできるのに。

充分です！
Pros:

スタッフさんの態度がよかった。チェックアウト時、廊下で行き合った清掃スタッフさんまでが「ありがとうございました」と声をかけてくれました。一人部屋なので広さは要求しなかったが、使いやすかったです。料金もお安くて助かりました。

Cons:

ドリンクサーバーのコーヒーがもう少しおいしければよかった（笑）
