Close to the dam
No kettle, a/c remote hardly works, no toilet paper (there’s a holder though), unprotected wifi, no restaurant, no drinking water, 2 parking spaces, …
Pretty shabby, too. All is ok value for the money, but it shouldn’t be marked as a 4-star hotel.
The location of the hotel is not directly close to any attraction. However with cab or auto one can easily move to nearest attraction Hill View park to see the excellent view of the Idukki Dam from the top.
Breakfast was not there in the accommodation; you need to walk 50m to have good restaurants with Veg and Non-veg foods.

Cleaning and mopping all furniture’s before the guests enter could be done as the humidity is high

No restaurant in hotel however good eating options near by as the location has excellent accessibility to city.
