Clean, comfortable and just what I needed.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant for what I wanted it for.

Cons:

There is not many staff working at the one time. When you go to reception you have to buzz for a staff member, then that staff working on the bar comes. And it's the same as when you want someone at the bar you have to buzz again and the staff member from reception comes to serve. It put me off drinking and eating at the hotel itself, so I went elsewhere.

Great base to explore Ilkley
Pros:

The hotel is a lovely Victorian building which is a few minutes' walk from the centre of Ilkley. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and I was upgraded to an executive room at no extra cost, which was a nice surprise. The room had all the necessaries, and the bed was very comfortable. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was excellent.

This is a good hotel run by very friendly staff room was clean
Pros:

The hotel is clean. Staff are friendly good location.

Cons:

My room was large and only a small heater. I mentioned this to the staff and they said I should’ve asked for a second heater which they would’ve provided.

Room was freezing cold, additional heater was inadequate. Duvet was thin and I shivered all night.

Wish I'd booked somewhere else, terrible service
Pros:

The location is fine, Ilkley is good, value was decently good with my genius discount. Close to the centre of town

Cons:

Terrible service by staff that struggle with speaking English, room was dirty and only one pillow, radiator broken. Saw member of staff smoking illegal substances in the grounds near the entrance, just awful in general to be honest, stay anywhere else
