Pros:

The staff were good..the rooms were lovely. Very clean. Nice size TV. The bathroom was gorgeous.

Cons:

There was only 1negative with the whole experience at the Craiglands and that was the heating. It's not adequate for a hotel of that size. It's not their fault that the weather was bad, it was -1 overnight, but the heating at the hotel wasn't adequate to keep you warm and the room and bathroom were unfortunately cold.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind in the light of the value for money, which was very good.

Excellent, beautiful trees and grounds and pet friendly!
Pros:

Receptionist very friendly, beautiful hotel, in a superb location. The trees around the hotel are old and varied-gorgeous, and the fact that it is pet friendly was essential for us, with a fresh water bowl outside was lovely. A huge bed too!

Cons:

The flush in the toilet kept running water.
