Comfortable and warm clean rooms
Nothing
Location is great. Excellent value for the money and the staff are really friendly
No issues
The staff were good..the rooms were lovely. Very clean. Nice size TV. The bathroom was gorgeous.
There was only 1negative with the whole experience at the Craiglands and that was the heating. It's not adequate for a hotel of that size. It's not their fault that the weather was bad, it was -1 overnight, but the heating at the hotel wasn't adequate to keep you warm and the room and bathroom were unfortunately cold.
Spacious room, hot bath, interesting architecture
Breakfast could have been a bit hotter, was tasty
Well run
Very dated rooms and bathroom
Good price
Friendly staff
All good
Good reasonable room prices
Sometimes if quiet hard to find staff
Old but clean and full of character.AJ and Cheryl particularly customer friendly and a great asset to the hotel.
Maybe it a bit tired in places.
Very friendly and informative staff
Noisy generator outside our room
As an older property we were pleasantly surprised by the standard to which it has been updated. The room was larger than we expected and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist.
Nothing comes to mind in the light of the value for money, which was very good.
Receptionist very friendly, beautiful hotel, in a superb location. The trees around the hotel are old and varied-gorgeous, and the fact that it is pet friendly was essential for us, with a fresh water bowl outside was lovely. A huge bed too!
The flush in the toilet kept running water.
Member of staff sammy was amazing! He was working on his own and looked after everyone well. Very friendly and deserves recognition
Rooms outdated but fine for the price
The architecture
That 3 of the rooms I booked had no hot water and it was not rectified once staff were alerted.
Good location next to Ilkley Moor. Short walk to the town centre.Nice large room.Lovely shower and bad tub.Nice breakfast.
The bed was 2 singles put together. Bed was too soft. Breakfast ran out of everything so had to wait till more came out.
