Disappointed in general
Pros:

Room was very cold the radiator didn’t work or the heated towel rail
Cleanliness is quite poor and the maintenance is poor too

Cons:

In need of full refurb
The building is beautiful is I’d been run by skeleton staff on a night time the reception is empty and the bar man has to come to you but if he’s busy you can be waiting a long time

Pros:

Our room was lovely and a view to die for. We did not have breakfast but did a cocktail at night which was again value for money. It was nice to be greeted by the lovely lady at reception and at night the guy at the bar was very nice.He also give us a lovely tour of youre hotel and it is amazing.Would recomend this place.

Cons:

For me not having a car and having Asthma a little bus route coming up hill. This would help me but has not detered me.

Staff absolutely amazing.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially in the Brasserie, bar and reception. We were a group of 12 + a baby attending our Dads funeral, nothing was too much trouble, we were disappointed we could not give a well deserved gratuity after the two meals we had hopefully you might give them all a bonus, they certainly looked after us.

Cons:

It could do with a little face lift but the staff certainly make up for this, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else, and will be meeting up again in the New Year!

Pros:

Breakfast was help yourself, plenty of choice, with a lovely coffee on the front patio enjoying the views.
