Todo facilidades, desde el acceso al aparcamiento al traslado de maletas.
Atención muy amable por parte de Samantha y de Roberto.
Excelentes cenas, todos los días un pescado al horno diferente. Servicio muy atento durante la cena.
Vistas inmejorables al lago tanto en el desayuno como en la cena.
Tranquilidad en el pueblo para dormir a pierna suelta.

Beautiful hotel with the loveliest staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, with stunning views right on the lake. The staff have been amazing especially Chiara, they couldn't be more accommodating. Lovely quiet area, away from all the touristy spots, so nice to come back to after a long day exploring the lake. Incredible restaurant in the hotel too.

Cons:

Ever so slightly limited for places to eat as Torno is such a tiny area.

Pros:

Little paradise in hidden quiet place on Comò with very strategic position for discovering the lake.

Cons:

There are only few options for diner in town. Prepare to drive in Como and come back late by taxi.

Beautiful scenery in a nice hotel on the lake at a cute miniature town.
Pros:

Staff is super nice, rooms are clean and nice size with a balcony and amazing views.

Cons:

Parking is pretty far and hard to bring luggage if there’s no help from staff. Taking all luggage back to the car was easy as the staff used a local car. So make sure you call in advance and ask for help.

In een woord. Een topper!
Pros:

Ontzettend mooie , rustige locatie. Ruime, schone , lichte kamer met twee Franse balkons en uitzicht over het meer. Ruime badkamer, fijn bed. Schitterend uitzicht over het meer vanuit het restaurant. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaren. Hotel ligt direct aan de aanlegplaats voor de rondvaart boten die je naar de plaatsen rond het meer kunnen brengen.

Amazing Stay, definitely recommend
Pros:

The hotel was just beautiful, the staff were amazing with the kids and customer service was 10/10!
The location of the hotel was amazing, a bit of a walk to the car park with 2 kids but that did not take anything away from how great the hotel was.

Cons:

The only thing i think was missing was there was tea and coffee in the room but no little milk pots. In all fairness we didn't request as we had to go out and buy milk for one of our children so we just used that.

Pros:

We had a stunning getaway for 3 nights - absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly. Location-wise it's perfect - right near the boat to go anywhere you like and a short walk from a michelin star restaurant.
