Beim nächsten mal Zimmer nicht zur Straße raus, ist es ein super Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr nahe am Zentrum.

Cons:

Zimmer war leider zur Straße raus, wo links Gaststätte und die Hotel-Raucher-Gäste sehr laut draußen waren. Es war bis in den frühen Morgen doch sehr laut.

Leuk. Dichtbij het centrum en leuke restaurants. Handig met waterkokeren borden etc. Super Super

Het is in City stile voor mij al 4 achtereen volgende decembermaanden leuk, met of de ene of de andere dochter. Het is goed schoon. Dicht bij het centrum handige waterkoker, borden enzo. gezellige winkels en een leuke kerstmarkt. De koffie smorgens is heel lekker en welkom.

Fijn verblijf met vriendelijk personeel en een mooie kamer.
Pros:

Het was een ruimtelijke kamer, met een goed douche. Er was geen ontbijt service, maar je kon wel koffie met een kleine versnapering zelf pakken in de ochtend. Verder was het fijn dat er een parkeerplaats bij zat (wel betaald en van te voren reserveren). De locatie is 200 m van het centrum, dus lekker dicht bij. Fijn en vriendelijk personeel en in een rustige buurt.

Cons:

De kussens van het bed waren voor ons echt te dun.

Das Hotel ist eine Absteige, das nächste mal ein anderes Hotel buchen.
Pros:

zentrale Lage, dadurch gute Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten.

"aus Umweltgründen "wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, ebenso die Betten nicht gemacht.

Es war sauber.

Cons:

Ich fand die Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich,ich hatte Sie höflich nach dem W-lan gefragt da es normalerweise immer oben im Zimmer steht ich es aber nicht gefunden hatte . Daraufhin entgegnete sie mir sehr schroff es stehe oben in derBegrüßungsmappe, diese hatte ich aber durchgelesen und es stand nicht drin ( habe sogar noch Fotos davon gemacht). Letztendlich gab sie mir dann den Hinweis dass es im Aufzug steht. Ich frage mich nur ,warum hat sie mir den Passwortschlüssel nicht einfach gegeben?

My room was large. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked as expected. The hotel is not large, only about 40 rooms.

Está magníficament situat per visitar Trier, i els voltants, el personal extremament amable i eficient, l'habitació , la roba de llit i tovalloles impecablement netes, l'habitació lluminosa, i la relació qualitat preu excellent.
No.ofereixen esmorzars, però al matí poden cafès i tes a disposición dels hostes.
I ens van assessorar molt bé pels desplaçaments interns i à l'aéroport de luxemburg, donat que la línia de tren estava en obres.

Meedenken in parkeren. Er was nog plaats in de parkeergarage voor ons gevoel en we werden toch door verwezen naar een parkeerplaats verderop

De locatie was prima, op loopafstand van het centrum. De kamer was netjes.

Cons:

De kussens waren erg slecht en ondanks dat ze vermelden dat ze andere beschikbaar zouden hebben, waren die nu niet beschikbaar. De kamer was enorm warm en benauwd. Er was wel een ventilator aanwezig, maar die hielp niet veel.
Ik had bij de boeking gevraagd of er een parkeerplaats beschikbaar was. Ik heb een boekingsbevestiging ontvangen en ben ervan uit gegaan dat dit meteen ook de bevestiging voor de parkeerplaats was. Dit bleek bij aankomst niet zo te zijn. Nadat ons op niet al te vriendelijke manier duidelijk werd gemaakt dat wij het niet goed hadden gedaan, was er uiteindelijk nog wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Bij thuiskomst zie ik dat ik op de dag van aankomst nog een mailtje heb gekregen dat er geen parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar zouden zijn. In de 2 dagen dat we er stonden was nog niet eens de helft van de parkeerplaatsen bezet. Fijn dat het alsnog geregeld kon worden, maar wel een vreemde gang van zaken.
