Pros:

Сподобалось розташування готелю, дуже зручне у Altstadt. Дуже чистий і все потрібне у номері є. Привітний персонал і дуже швидко реагує на всі прохання!До свята Пасха під кожними дверима готелю були солодкі подарунки- це було дуже мило і несподівано.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut, man war quasi direkt im Zentrum, aber eben in einer etwas ruhigeren Seitenstraße, was auch ein etwas längeres ausschlafen am Morgen möglich gemacht hat.

Cons:

Man könnte im Badezimmer evtl. Noch eine kleine Ablagefläche für Kleidung/ Kosmetiktasche schaffen.

Pros:

Every room got a small bag of Easter chocolate eggs in front of the door on Easter day! That was very nice.

Cons:

There was no hair dryer in the room and the reception was closed, had to wait until the next morning to get one. Did not feel like calling the emergency number for that, it was unpleasant.

Tolles Zimer und sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Da Hotel ist super gelegen. Ganz toll: Da wir über Ostern im Hotel waren lag am Ostersonntag eine Tüte mit österlichen Süßigkeiten vor der Tür :)

Die Matrazen waren miserabel, der Eingang in die Dusche unfassbar eng, und die Duschkabine undicht.

Insgesamt war alles bestens
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal, insbesondere der Mitarbeiter am Empfang, war sehr freundlich. Direkt gegenüber gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten, die jedoch reserviert und zusätzlich bezahlt werden müssen.

Cons:

Neben unserem Fenster bzw. am Gebäude gegenüber gab es Tauben, die morgens ziemlich laut waren. Das hat jedoch nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun.
