Pros:

Es war die schönste Unterkunft, die wir in Mexiko hatten!

Cons:

Einzig die Helligkeit im Zimmer. Durch die milchigen Glästüren war es sehr hell nachts.

The owner lied about refund. The bed is not a real bed.

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

We booked 4 nights but had to check out early due to the fact that the bed was way too uncomfortable and we could not get any sleep. The mattress is put on top of concrete. Also the bathroom in the room has no door.
We agreed with the owner Fernando that he would refund the 3 nights we did not spend there, but booking keeps telling us he declined the request on the platform, so I guess he is a liar and not an honest person.
I would not recommend this place for your stay in Tulum.

Beautiful little heaven…
Pros:

Everything. It feels like a little paradise, the breakfast is amazing and the food & drinks are so tasty and healthy. I tried the kombucha and it was the best I ever had. So appreciated the design and the raw materials all over around. The huge kitchen and the all green around… I didn’t want to leave, yes Tulum but mostly this place. Hope to be back someday! 💕

Un havre de tranquillité et de verdure en plein centre ville. Personnel prévenant et accueillant. Décoration soignée.
La cuisine communautaire est un plus.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Botanica.

È un albergo FAVOLOSO! Me ne sono innamorato non appena ho varcato il portone di ingresso, ammirando la bellissima piscina e le aree comuni arredate elegantemente con mobili in legno massiccio e complementi vintage anni 80. Stesso stile anche in camera, dove il letto (e anche i cuscini, cosa rara) sono comodissimi; tv con schermo in alta definizione e condizionatore. Colazione inclusa alla carta. Pulizia impeccabile in tutta la struttura e staff cordiale e disponibile. Decisamente uno dei migliori alberghi in cui sia mai stato.

Cons:

Unico appunto, manca un'insegna sulla strada e quindi non è facilissimo individuare il portone di ingresso

L'espace piscine/restauration/bar est incroyable, entouré de végétation. Très belle déco. Bon emplacement.

Cons:

Malheureusement des personnes non civilisées qui font du bruit et laissent les lumières des couloirs allumées mais bon, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel (bien que personne n'était là pour le leur dire).

One of the best places we have ever stayed!
Pros:

The hospitality of this accommodation is amazing. We never met such a friendly owner like Fernando! He is very helpful, you can ask him everything. We liked the relaxed atmosphere/vibe of the accommodation. The garden felt like a jungle and we enjoyed the swimming pool and bar. The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had to leave...

Bon hôtel pour un court séjour, très bon PDJ
Pros:

Joli hôtel situé dans le centre, parking a disposition, agréable terrasse et coin piscine, très bon petit déjeuner (3 choix dispo), personnel sympathique

Cons:

Pas de porte à la salle de bain/toilette, matelas dur, la porte (ou plutôt verrière) de la chambre n’a pas de volet ni de rideau donc le jour est apparent, de plus elle se ferme à clé mais il y a un espace entre la porte et le mur donc aucune insonorisation nous avons entendu la route etc toute la nuit, pensez au boules quies et masque de nuit

Would recommend
Pros:

I had a very good time staying at Botanica Tulum. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the shared bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was really nice, but only three options to choose from. Coffee was very good!
Staff was super friendly and the manager/owner organised a transfer for me from the airport which was lovely. There are many cafes and restaurants in walking distance, the beach is quite far away if you don‘t have a car or motorcycle. You can borrow biles though which is nice.
I would definitely stay there again!

Cons:

There could be more breakfast options and it would be nice if you could get more if you want to.

Pros:

O hostel é fantástico.
A localização é muito boa, pois está perto da rua principal, mas ao mesmo tempo afastada do barulho da música noturna, pelo que é muito silencioso.
Os quartos têm camas ótimas, com bons colchões e uma estrutura robusta. As casas de banho são limpas e têm um bom chuveiro.
As áreas comuns são excelentes: tem uma piscina muito bonita, um bar integrado no jardim com um ambiente zen e uma zona de estar no edifício principal e no jardim, muito acolhedora.
A cozinha é excelente, espaçosa e muito bem equipada. Há água filtrada à disposição.
O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e tem um aspeto excelente.
Os funcionários são muito simpáticos.
O hostel disponibiliza bicicletas gratuitamente, o que facilita as deslocações à praia e à zona arqueológica.

Cons:

Nada a referir.
