Vacances détente à la plage parfaite !
Pros:

Très bel établissement avec un niveau de service particulièrement adapté : grande piscine, accès à la plage immédiat, spa thermal avec 2 bassins à jets et douche etc. La demi pension est particulièrement intéressante : la cuisine est locale et délicieuse. Le personnel est aux petits soins et adorables.

Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione dell’hotel. La struttura dispone di un’area verde molto bella, curata e accogliente, di splendide piscine e, naturalmente, si trova direttamente sul mare: tutto perfetto per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza.

Un grande vantaggio è sicuramente il parcheggio privato gratuito all’interno della struttura. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il fatto che lettini e ombrelloni in spiaggia siano messi gratuitamente a disposizione degli ospiti.

Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale: tutti sono stati molto gentili, cordiali, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Le camere sono pulite e accoglienti e la pulizia viene effettuata ogni giorno.

Cons:

Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti da migliorare, l’hotel si presenta come una struttura a 4 stelle, ma a mio parere il servizio di ristorazione potrebbe essere curato un po’ di più.

La colazione è piuttosto semplice e poco varia e, per un hotel di questo livello, ritengo che i succhi di frutta confezionati non siano del tutto adeguati.

Per quanto riguarda la cena, i piatti principali sono buoni e ben preparati, mentre la scelta degli antipasti a buffet potrebbe essere più ricca e più adatta a una struttura a 4 stelle. Si trovano principalmente verdure fresche e prodotti conservati, mentre mancano quasi completamente gli antipasti a base di carne o pesce. Una sera, ad esempio, è stato servito del polpo a fette, ma una volta terminato non è stato più rifornito.

Inoltre, è consigliabile arrivare a cena puntualmente alle 20:00, perché arrivando più tardi si rischia di non trovare più alcuni degli antipasti proposti al buffet.

Nel complesso, comunque, il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Con qualche miglioramento nella varietà e nell’organizzazione della ristorazione, il livello dell’hotel sarebbe ancora più alto.

Ottimo per una vacanza spiaggia & relax
Pros:

Posizione ottima per una vacanza in spiaggia, l’hotel è praticamente sul mare con un lido privato comodissimo. Parcheggio non molto ampio ma gratuito, all’interno della recinzione dell’hotel, con la maggior parte dei posti all’ombra. Area piscine esterne e interne (spa) confortevole. Bel giardino/cortile. Staff assolutamente squisito, tutti gentilissimi e sempre sorridenti, disponibili, rilassati, pronti a risolvere eventuali problemi, dieci e lode per loro!

Cons:

Ristorazione appena sufficiente, pasti molto semplici, forse troppo semplici in alcuni casi… non ci si dovrebbe affidare solo alla (ottima) materia prima. Gli infissi, gli arredi delle camere, gli interni dell’hotel sono datati e non completamente climatizzati in tutti gli ambienti. In definitiva, su questi aspetti da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta di più. Spostarsi in macchina verso il resto dell’isola non sempre è agevole, conviene considerare i taxi boat per eventuali uscite.

Amazing stay! Would not hesitate to come back!

The property is gorgeous, clean, the staff are very friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to accommodate. The breakfast was amazing, delicious and with a large variety to please anyone.

Cons:

I wish the restaurant hours are extended for lunch and dinner.

Exceptional hotel that meets the highest expectations - highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel is truly exceptional and offers everything you need for an amazing stay. Everything is at the highest standard. Location is top, right on Maronti beach, staff is impeccable, highly professional and truly warm and welcoming, breakfast and dinner are great, rooms are comfortable, and there is plenty of these small things that add up to a unique experience (access to private beach with all facilities one may need, towels offered, immediate assistance on any query, to name a few). An immense thank you to all the staff for making my stay truly unforgettable! Will absolutely come back. Thank you!!!

Beautiful friendly hotel, with amazing food, staff and right by the beach.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, with access to the beach and private sun beds. The ocean was so beautiful with clear water, and the hotel provides a paddleboard to use for free which was perfect for our family and kids!

The service at the hotel itself is absolutely phenomenal. The restaurant staff remember which drinks you like, what dessert the kids liked. The meals are really tasty, with a lot of variety. They remember your name and they cheerfully greet you at breakfast and dinner! We loved the gardens around the hotel premises.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was great!
