A fantastic find in Tulum! Perfect and relaxing, we will be back!
Pros:

We loved everything about Suenos Tulum. The intimate size of the resort was perfect for us, the staff was incredible, and the food was amazing. The facilities are wonderful, from the rooms to the yoga "tree house" to the pool and beach, and the nightly campfire for guests. We almost did not leave the property during our stay despite the tours we had scheduled! (although doing the tours of the ruins, swimming in the cenotes, and snorkeling with the turtles are all must do's!)

Cons:

Nothing except our stay was too short!

Loved Our Trip
Pros:

We had the most AMAZING time at Suenos Tulum! We stayed in the clubhouse room and were there to celebrate a big birthday. The service was astounding, any need was met quickly (not that we needed much because it was well anointed). The staff went above and beyond, suggesting places to visit and feeding us the most REMARKABLE meals! We all absolutely loved it. I can't say enough and would recommend this to anyone.

A true haven of relaxation. Right on the beach. What could be better?
Pros:

From the minute the wooden door opens before you until it closes behind you life is good. When a getaway is in order Suenos offers the perfect solution. Having already stayed there several times I remain impressed with the level of kindness and hospitality. I have come to know it as the standard, not the exception. The pleasant surprises always come naturally and never forced. Suenos is a true haven.

Pros:

The perfect combination of private paradise and attentive service! All the rooms are nestled among the palms so you are barely aware that there are others staying there. The onsite restaurant and bar offered a pleasing variety at all hours served up by the kindest staff who went above and beyond and even greeted us by name. The beach is pristine and private, and has many shaded areas to relax after a sunny walk along the blue-green shore. Highly recommend!

Charming!
We had the opportunity to stay at the hotel with our several-year-old son in the second half of January 2026. The hotel features a very interesting design, and every detail makes the stay truly special. A big advantage is its intimate atmosphere, as the entire hotel has only a dozen or so rooms. If someone values peace and quiet and loves staying surrounded by nature, they should definitely choose this hotel.

Cleanliness deserves special mention — both in the rooms and around the hotel itself.

A huge plus and our thanks to the staff for their customer-oriented approach. There was a small discrepancy in the reservation amount, and the staff resolved it in our favor. Thank you, and we highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

We had no complaints about the hotel. The only suggestion that could further improve comfort would be adding a small refrigerator in the room.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

We had a wonderfully relaxing Christmas at Sueños. The rooms are comfortable. They had a crib and mosquito net for our <2 year old son, and offered him beach toys to play with. It’s clear that the family that runs Sueños and all their staff take deep pride in offering top notch service and caring for the environment. The property itself is gorgeous, intimate, and full of trees and soft sand. The staff rake the beaches and separate trash and organics. They have truly thought about every detail. They also helped us with restaurant reservations, arranged a tour of Sian Ka’an Biosphere with a great private tour company, and gave us helpful tips for touring Tulum. Highly recommend staying at Sueños. We hope to return!
