Tolle Lage
Pros:

Unser Balkonzimmer punktete mit seiner Lage: Blick aufs Meer, meist schattig, kleiner Pool direkt auf der privaten Terrasse.
Das Hotel selbst liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, den Strand San Montano und der bezaubernde Ort Lacco Ameno kann man leicht zu Fuß erreichen.
Der große Salzwasserpool war entspannend.

Cons:

Die Anlage selbst ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Fliesen im großen Poolbereich sind beschädigt, sehr gefährlich! Die weiteren kleinen Pools sind vernachlässigt und ungepflegt.
Das Frühstück besteht zum Großteil aus Süßem, für ein Viersternehotel viel zu wenig Angebot an Eiergerichten, Käse, Schinken, Obst, Gemüse. Der Kaffee: ungenießbar!
Personal, besonders die Kellner: kühl bis unfreundlich.

Purtroppo la nota negativa è la colazione,non ci siamo proprio va migliorata e di molto. Nessun prodotto del territorio,scarso assortimento,croissant pessimi e il resto della colazione dolce fatta con prodotti industriali no torte fresche

Personale disponibile, pulizia degli ambienti e delle stanze. Le signore delle pulizie sono gentilissime e accolgono le richieste dei clienti. Alla reception sono sempre tutti disponibili. Buona cucina locale, con ampio buffet a pranzo e cena di verdure e pizzette e pani vari.

La stanza era un po' piccola ma accogliente.

Wij hadden een kamer met balkon gevraagd en kregen een upgrade met een groot terras. Veel ontbijtkeuze. Groot hotel. Groot zwembad. Dicht tegen centrum. Je kan te voet gaan.

Zwembaden meer onderhoud nodig. Beetje vergane glorie. Personeel niet zo vriendelijk.

Un bel soggiorno a Ischia
Pros:

La struttura è grande, la piscina centrale salina è un toccasana contro l’arsura estiva , anche le altre piccoline esterne sono molto carine, peccato per l idromassaggio centrale che ha solo un getto funzionante. La vista delle camere che affacciano sulla piscina è bellissima, direttamente sul mare !
Il personale di sala è molto cordiale, noi abbiamo fatto solo colazione, buona ma poco varia, soprattutto dolce

Cons:

Le camere sono in più palazzine, la nostra era datata, ci sono segni di muffa nell’intonaco sul soffitto e anche il rubinetto della doccia era mezzo rotto. Il letto, purtroppo per noi, davvero durissimo
