Tolles Hotel mit gutem Service in bester Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Thermalanlagen und unser geräumiges Zimmer mit einem phantastischen Ausblick! Die Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter entfernt, sind die anderen Orte auf der Insel sehr gut zu erreichen.

Pros:

Ottimo albergo, molto ben tenuto.
Posizione eccellente, panoramica, con fermata del bus a pochi metri e possibilità di raggiungere a piedi il centro di Lacco Ameno in pochi minuti.
Cucina molto curata, camere confortevoli, staff efficiente e disponibile.

Great thermal hotel
Pros:

Great meals during breakfast and dinner. Pools available even in winter, clean. Room very clean every day. A little bit noisy during evening/night time, but still fine when we consider it was christmas time.

Tired old hotel that needs fixing
Pros:

It was in a good location and I enjoyed the outside pool, very warm for November. The barman was very friendly. And the local town was picturesque and peaceful. We found a great little bar that served great wine and we even walked round to Forio.

Cons:

The property is very tired and could do with some attention. Everything was a little old and broken. The bed was very uncomfortable and breakfast was very poor for a hotel, not worth trying. Even the spa facilities were in need of some serious attention. We went in the Turkish steam room and it had a hose pipe hanging of the wall with very dirty looking floor and seating area! I know it was the end of the season but it was quite clear that this place needs fixing up.
