Приедем в третий раз!
Pros:

Второй раз в этом отеле, потому что очень понравилось в первый раз. Вкусные завтраки и ужины. Прекрасные бассейны. Хорошее отношение к гостям при регистрации. Нам повысили категорию номера,что было очень приятно. Спасибо!

מיקום מושלם! נוף יפיפיה, הבריכות נפלאות, במיוחד הקטנות בצד עם הנוף.
הצוות היה שירותי מאוד.

Cons:

החדרים זקוקים לתחזוקה ןשיפוץ.
המזגן לא עבד לנו בלילה הראשון עד שהביאו טכנאי למחרת.
המיטות אינן זוגיות אלא מזרני יחיד (ישנים) מחוברים.
הייתה לי יום הולדת ולא הייתה שום התייחסות (פירות/עוגה/שוקולד)

Großartige Lage mit schönem Ausblick, Bushaltestelle gleich vor der Türe. Die Thermalwasser sind traumhaft. Frühstück empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Betten sind etwas durchgelegen und nicht die bequemsten.

Il posto ideale per soggiornare ad Ischia!
Pros:

Tutto eccezionale: le piscine, diverse e di vari tipi (termale, coperta, esterna, acqua salata) la vicinanza alla mia adorata spiaggia di San Montano, la qualità del cibo (io purtroppo ho usufruito soltanto della colazione e del pranzo) la vista spettacolare e, ciliegina sulla torta, uno staff meraviglioso, cordiale, attento e pronto ad ogni esigenza.

Un po’ invecchiato… peccato
Pros:

La posizione da favola. Ampia veduta sul mare e sui golfi in lontananza. Camera gradevole. Personale abbastanza accogliente. Parcheggio incluso nel soggiorno.

Cons:

Dico la verità noi eravamo stati in struttura anni fa e abbiamo deciso di ritornare per la bella impressione lasciata. Purtroppo abbiamo notato un po’ di decadimento… ad esempio andrebbero un po’ riprese le piscine in particolare quelle interne. L’usura del tempo si inizia a notare. Anche i lettini sarebbero da sostituire.
La cosa che purtroppo proprio non ci è piaciuta è stata la cena. Avendo la cena inclusa nella mezza pensione avevamo diritto a scegliere un primo ed un secondo. I quali ammalianti nei nomi ma purtroppo molto meno ammalianti da vicino. Davano come l’impressione di una pre cottura e poi riscaldati per portarli al tavolo. Addirittura avevamo la comanda sul tavolo in modo che i colleghi di sala potessero controllare cosa dovevamo avere. È davvero un peccato perché tutto ciò avrebbe del gran potenziale, ma non viene sfruttato. Il tutto avrebbe bisogno di uno “SVECCHIAMENTO”.
