Great. Very conveniently located near bustop
No hot showers
The property was very clean and confortable, with AC. The room is part of a nice complex, where you can chill in the evenings or during the day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the owner, Jose, who was very friendly and gave us all the tips and things to know about the region. We could also rent a scooter from him, which was very convenient. Activities are also organised - we participated to an amazing tango class in the hotel one of the evening. It was great fun, we fully recommend staying there!
One of the best hostel experiences I’ve had. The vibe was super relaxed and social, with great people and daily activities. I especially loved the free access to a stunning nearby cenote — bikes were included too, making the trip easy and extra fun. Can't wait to come back!
Relaxed and friendly place. As a guest, I got free access to a stunning cenote nearby — bikes included! Plus, Bayati next door has the best food in Tulum.
The individual huts were a nice place to stay. They are at the back of the property so not close to the noisy highway/street at the front. Although I didn't use it, it was nice to have a restaurant at the front. The pool was well located and I appreciated having it given that Tulum can be hot and sticky. It was a great alternative to the beach which is not that close and covered in Sargassum moss. We took advantage of the bikes at the hostel to access the ruins and cenotes.
There is a live band that plays from 11 to 2am on Tuesdays so its either a bonus or detraction depending on whether you like live salsa/cumbia or not.
Friendly staff, affordable bike rental with a guest discount, close to ADO station and large supermarket
Pleasant staff. Nice places but lacking some TLC. Intermittent hot water with a pugent smell. The bar was empty but the corner hut was blasting drum and base music while smoking a few spliffs (volunteers in the hostel I think). They kindly turned it down at 10pm when I asked them. The pillows were like a bag of socks. You get what you pay for.
The room is spacious.
The staff are nice.
The bed is comfortable.
The water from the tap and shower is smelly.
The reception is inside a restaurant and a bit difficult to find.
