Staffs are the highlight.
Pros:

Staffs are very kind and helpful. They helped me a lot for telling cash, advising sim card and booking the trains.
Hotel is quite stylish.

Pros:

Heritage hotel means old, but it's actually very nice with large rooms. Very quiet for a good night's sleep. Enoumous bathroom where I could hang washing to dry. That's a big plus. The rooftop breakfast room has a good view.

Cons:

Not much around the hotel; not so convenient, but it's quiet for a good sleep and reprieve, which is most welcome in noisy, hectic India.

The bed was quite comfortable and the staff that work on the front desk during the day are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Night staff making noise in the lobby late at night, even after I asked them them be a bit more quiet.
I was overcharged for my room as they had a different price on their system to my booking and I was overcharged for my laundry.
