Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt akzeptabel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich günstig, man ist direkt am Rand der Alt-/Innenstadt. Allerdings liegt das Hotel auch an einer großen Straße, was es im Sommer schwierig machen dürfte, bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Frühstücksvarianten, die auch schnell serviert wurden. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem, was nötig ist, ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Insgesamt ist das Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, besonders das Bad war ziemlich abgenutzt. Eine Renovierung wäre erforderlich. Die Mitarbeiter erledigen ihren Job so gerade eben, mehr nicht. Kein Lächeln, keine Begrüßung, kein Servicegedanke. Ist aber in BiH ein häufiges Problem.
