Very good
Pros:

The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to the beach. The pool is also nice and everything very clean.
Although very late we were served good dinner!

Beyond of season - everything was closed in Ureki
Pros:

Hotel was closed and nobody was in. We called to the owner/manager and asked what shoudl we do in such case (communication in russian only). Finally a woman living in the other part of hotel came to us, opened and prepared a small room. She also helped us to find open restaurant in a few kilometers distance - to have the dinner. Central heating system didn't work but air conditioning system was efficient enough to heat small room. In the morning they prepared good breakfast especially for us - so our adventure ended well :-)
