Pros:

La camera ampia e pulita, il bagno funzionale e pratico, la vista sulla piazza, il parcheggio a vista d'occhio, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del proprietario, colazione inclusa in un bel bar comodo, dagli spazi ampi. Consiglio!

La struttura si trova in una buona posizione ed è possibile fare colazione nel bar in piazza.

Cons:

Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di alcuni accorgimenti, perché è piuttosto datato. Manca l'ascensore e le scale sono abbastanza ripide; questa cosa risulta problematica se si hanno bagagli da trasportare e se ci sono persone con disabilità. Il prezzo, dunque, è decisamente troppo alto per i servizi offerti.

Si tratta di un B&B, non di un hotel
Pros:

in realtà non è un hotel ma un B&B. Occorrerebbe specificarlo meglio negli annunci per non incorrere in incomprensioni.
Detto questo, la struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente e il proprietario è molto disponibile. Non ci sono insegne esterne per cui è stato necessario chiedere indicazioni ad un passante del posto... Il gestore ha un bar a circa 150 mt. dal B&B e la colazione viene fatta presso il bar. Non c'era possibillità di fare pranzi o cene ma il gestore ci ha fornito l'indirizzo di una birrreria nei dintorni, eraltro ben fornita (ma, se avessimo voluto un ristorante, avremmo dovuto spostarci di molto e in auto).

Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Don Giovanni for two nights. Although the room was tiny for us three people, the hotel and the room were very clean. The owner was very friendly. Each morning we would go to his little bar in front of the hotel and he would make us coffee which we would drink outside. We had an amazing time and for the value, I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever go back to Ururi, I'll make sure to stay at this hotel again.
