L'emplacement et l'hôtel avec son côté second empire parfaitement conservé. Pas de climatisation, mais on s'en fou...on est à Vichy, très belle ville avec un décor de théâtre.
Et une belle piscine.

Morgenmad var fantastisk og personalet meget venlige og imødekommende. Virkelig lækker pool med friskt og rent vand. Meget stort værelse og balkon. Maden på restauranten var også mægtig god.

Cons:

Ingen aircondition men dig en ventilator. Problem med dør nøglen. En opfriskning vil være skønt men vigtigt at den fantastiske atmosfære bevares.

Agréable séjour dans un hôtel historique bien placé

N'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner. Trop cher a notre avis (16€ par personne).

Cons:

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation dans la chambre par la canicule. Mais l'hôtel nous a fourni un ventilateur à notre demande avant notre arrivée.

Cons:

La climatisation était en panne, alors que la température était de 38 °. C'était notre principal critère de choix, souffrant de problèmes cardiaques et respiratoires. Le comble c'est qu'on nous a facturé une bouteille d'eau 5 €. Si quelqu'un nous avait averti, nous aurions annulé ce voyage. Les sourires et l'amabilité du personnel ne suffisent pas à effacer cette impression désastreuse. Il semblerait que cette situation n'est pas nouvelle et qu'elle perdure depuis au moins un mois. Sur le site de l'hôtel et celui de booking on nous indique toujours que l'établissement est climatisé.

Nous avons bien aimé le style palace un peu désuet de l'hôtel. En faisant des rénovations il ne faudra pas le perdre, ça serait dommage.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, près du parc et du centre ville.

Un moment inoubliable dans un établissement extraordinaire, pour son lieu, son histoire et son équip
Pros:

Un hôtel magnifique, tout commence son personnel. Bienveillance, écoute, gentillesse, attention, sont les seuls mots pour toute l'équipe, de l'accueil au cuisine. MERCI !

Vergane glorie, maar wel een goed bed
Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk en het bed lag goed. Ook had het hotel nog iets van de grandeur die het ooit moet hebben gehad.

Cons:

De receptie was ouderwets en nauwelijks gedigitaliseerd. Het gebouw en de kamer zijn duidelijk toe aan een grondige renovatie. De vloerbedekking was kapot, de kranen waren verroest en lekten en de ramen sloten nauwelijks. Wat ooit een statig hotel was, voelt nu vooral als vergane glorie.

Voor één keer had het nog wel iets, maar een volgende keer kiezen we toch voor een beter onderhouden hotel.

Les éclats de voix pendant la nuit. Nous avons été réveillés à plusieurs reprises dans la nuit par les passants bruyants. Il faisait très chaud et sans climatisation, impossible de dormir avec les fenêtres fermées.
