Excellent!
Pros:

The area was spacious. It really felt like home away from home. The room we booked was clean. The facilities are working well. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, too! Great staff, very accommodating. The breakfast served was delicious. Will definitely go back there again.

The place is not for people having to tour Vigan. The people and the staff are very unfriendly. Not recommended

Cons:

The owner was very rude and aggressive to my mates. Threatening them that he is going to hurt them. We cant leave in certain hours. There is no key given. Bathroom was unsinatised and uncleaned.. bad facilities. It feels like a prison more than a place to stay to see the city.

My best choice in Vigan
Pros:

The room is big enough and super clean. It also gives breakfast for free. Vida & Errol are great owners of the Hotel. They try to give me some help. For example, they gave me 2 rides to city center. (In fact, it is ok for me, only takes me 45-50 minutes by walk. Tricycle is also possible and convenient if you need). Thanks for their kindness.
