Проезжали через Видин, остановились на одну ночь (четыре человека + йорк), были приятно удивлены. Отель огромный, номер чистый, удобный. Персонал очень приветливый. Ресторан на последнем этаже, поэтому мы завтракали на террасе с видом на город.
Доплата за собаку 10 евро, при заселении также берут небольшой залог, который при выезде возвращают.

Cons:

В апартаментах есть небольшая кухня, но не хватает кухонных принадлежностей. Было бы удобнее, если бы они были )

Pros:

Hotelul este în apropierea Dunării și a falezei. Parcarea este spațioasă (dar nu este păzită – bariera este mereu ridicată, iar în cabina paznicului nu este nimeni). Hotelul este vechi și a fost renovat, parterul și holurile arată bine. De pe terasa restaurantului se vede Dunărea și malul românesc. În camera 507 am avut lenjerie curată și pături și perne de rezervă. Micul dejun a fost sărac, dar decent (brânza și salamul au fost prea sărate pentru gustul nostru).

Cons:

Hotelul nu are rampă de acces pentru persoanele cu probleme de mobilitate, ci doar două șine foarte, foarte abrupte. Pereții camerei 507 sunt murdari, iar în dreptul ușii se văd urmele unei inundații vechi. Tapetul este desprins pe alocuri. Frigiderul funcțional este vechi și ruginit. Aerul condiționat, deși a funcționat mai multe ore la 17 grade, nu a răcit deloc camera. În baie, tocul ușii este umflat și cojit, blatul chiuvetei este pătat, iar bara de care este agățată perdeaua dușului mai are puțin și se smulge din perete. Este primul hotel în care nu apar semne care să ateste că vasul de toaletă și chiuveta au fost igienizate, iar prosoapele nu sunt albe, ci colorate, astfel că stare de curățenie nu poate fi verificată vizual. Paharele au fost așezate cu gura în jos direct pe blatul biroului (ne-am fi așteptat să fie pe o tavă și sigilate). Piscina nu a fost funcțională, iar terasa de la parter era în reparație. Mesele de pe terasa de la ultimul etaj unde se servește micul dejun sunt scorojite și nu au avut fețe de masă.

Disappointing stay, dirty rooms, and chaotic breakfast

I cannot recommend Hotel Rovno based on my recent experience. While the advertised price on Booking.com was 75 euros, I discovered upon arrival that the reception was offering rooms for only 65 euros – a significant and frustrating discrepancy. This immediately made me feel as though I had been overcharged.
​Things only got worse when I entered my room. It was unacceptable. The room was generally dirty, with visible grime and scuffs. The walls were in terrible condition, covered in dirt and marks (see images). The door frames were also damaged and broken. The main issue, however, was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable, with a poor quality mattress that made sleep nearly impossible. To make matters worse, the bed squeaked loudly with every single movement.
​Breakfast was equally disappointing. It was a chaotic scene with a very long queue for the buffet. Since there was only one station serving everyone, I ended up not being able to eat anything at all due to the overwhelming wait time.
​Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay. The difference in pricing, the poor state and cleanliness of the room (including the broken furniture and awful bed), and the poorly managed breakfast made this a waste of money. I would strongly suggest avoiding this hotel.

Pros:

Невероятна гледка към реката! Пианото в лобито е чудесно решение. Моят приятел е пианист - виртуоз и изсвири прекрасна музикална творба за мен и гостите на хотела.

Cons:

Pros:

On the positive side, beds were good, staff was friendly, and the breakfast location is on the rooftop of the building offering a panoramic view. They also have a spacious parking lot for cars. The location is also good.

Cons:

An old communist hotel, partly refurbished with lots of improvisations. The staircase is incredibly dirty. The room is small and windows probably haven't been cleaned since a decade. The bathroom is small and the water from the shower drains directly on the floor. At some point, water almost started to overflow into the room. The price was high given the bad shape of the hotel.
