Didn't meet my expectation
Pros:

Walking distance to Calle Crisologo

Cons:

Unwelcoming front desk and lots of upkeep in their rooms. Shower doesnt't get hot. Breakfast buffet repeated over and over everyday. Not much of parking lot.Funny smells of my room.

Pros:

The Location is perfect. The hotel staff were welcoming, accommodating and efficient. The rooms are clean and relaxing. The coffee and tea available at the cantina and the drinking water dispensers at each corridor was thoughtful.

The small touches like access to free use of board games and being able to use the bike made us feel truly welcome.

Not enough rugs in the bathroom

Découvrir le charme de Vigan, petite ville coloniale aux rues piétonnes partagées avec les calèches.
Pros:

Emplacement très central à Vigan à un prix modique.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner catastrophique: boisson chaude unique (café), boisson fraîche unique (thé glacé). Pain de mie industriel, pas de toaster, œufs trop cuits. Saucisses industrielles pas bonnes. Pas de fruits.

Pros:

All staff were very accomodating. Walking distnace from Calle Crisologo and other ammenities (e.g. restaurant, convenient store, banks, church, etc). Actually these was our 2nd stay here at the hotel. Kudos to Ms. Serena (Receptionist) and Ms. Paige who always assist us in food. Overall it always exceed our expectation for reasonable price of stay and relaxing stay. Will surely book again ☺️

Excellent location! Next to Calle Crisologo. Across a grocery store. Walking distance to the plaza. Excellent staff. Wonderful breakfast. 2nd time staying here and would stay here again!

Need more parking space & add gluten free options (my daughter has Celiac & Type 1 Diabetes) plus Stevia or sweetener for coffee. Love the Pinoy breakfast & welcome drink plus the water refill stations. Nice location & near access for restaurants & tourist spots

Vigan May’25 summer adventure
Pros:

The staff are very accommodating and friendly smile with greetings.

Pros:

We enjoyed our 4 days and 3 night stayed. It’s is very close to the places that we love to see. The problem that we notice is the old style key that most of the time we have a hard time to open it. The bath room floor is flooded after you take a shower is not safe if you’re not put the towel on the floor to cover the over flowing water from the
shower. It’s kind of slippery. We love the breakfast that they served and the very friendly staff.
