- الدقة في تفاصيل التصميم المستوحى من التراث.
- تصميم الممرات والمرافق.

Cons:

- أرضيات الغرف اسمنتية ( متناسقة مع التصميم ولكن لا تصلح للسُكنى والراحة )
- انخفاض مستوى السرير ( قريب من الارض)
- انخفاض مستوى الاريكة ( تكاد أن تكون جلسة عربية أرضية )
