Es waren 4 sehr schöne Tage an der Müritz, gerne wieder in diesem Hotel

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wurden sogar am Silvesterabend mit Sekt überrascht .Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles. Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen. K. H.

Preljubazni domaćini u ugodnom hotelu u predivnom grafu Waren
Pros:

Uredan vrlo prijatan hotel u blizini samog centra, obiteljska atmosfera.. bogat dorucak kojeg ipak treba ukljuciti u cijenu ali to je stvar prodaje a ne osoblja hotela . Ljubazan recepcionar, vrlo tečno govori vise jezika - profesionalno a istovremeno vrlo prijateljski .. sjano riješen besplatan parking - respect

Cons:

Hotel je smjestaj uz vrlo prometno raskrsce i tijekom ranih jutarnjih sati sobe kojw gledaju na ulicu su iako udobne vrlo vrlo bučne. Nije do osoblja ali ako mislite spavati iza 5 ujutro - ponesite čepiće za uši :-)

Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis passt nicht, es ist zu teuer.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten vom Hafen entfernt.
Das Zimmer enthielt die nötigsten Dinge. Der Frühstücksraum war gemütlich eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sehr unruhigen Kreuzung, unser Zimmer war dadurch sehr verkehrsintensiv von den Geräuschen her. Das Außenrollo funktionierte schon am 2. Tag nicht mehr, nach einem Batterietausch ging es dann wieder. Kein Safe vorhanden. Frühstück nicht besonders abwechslungsreich, eher lieblos angerichtet.
Am Bett waren eine Menge Tierhaare zu finden, was mein Wohlgefühl sehr einschränkte. Wenn Tiere, dann bitte nicht in Zimmern mit Auslegware unterbringen.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Man hat sich rührend um mich gekümmert da mein Mann in der Müritzklinik lag.Ich würde immer wieder hierher kommen. Nah am schönen Hafen und der schönen Altstadt. Vielen Dank für alles.
