الفندق الجميل المطل على طريق المطار

في الحقيقة من اجمل الفنادق في هذه المنطقة..ويكاد يكون افضل فنادقها..الموقع ممتاز وبجواره جميع الخدمات..والمطار قريب..الغرف نظيفة ..وانا نزلت في الجناح الأمامي..رقم 7007 والجناح جميل ونظيف وواسع..يوجد صالة كبيرة للافطار..وتوجد قاعات افراح..ومواقف السيارات متوفرة..أشكر الموظفة / شهد..على حسن تعاملها مع العملاء..وأشكر الاستاذ/ محمود على المتابعة والاهتمان بالعملاء..انصح الجميع بزيارة الفندق..لا يفووووتكم.

for me, the Hotel is very good as facility and staff.

Cons:

It is very important to make the hotel more attractive if smoking is not allowed. Smoking smell in most rooms. This is not accepted for me, and I believe for the others as well.

مريحة جدا - كانت قاعة اساير التي اقمنا فيها احتفالنا في نفس الفندق رائعة .
Pros:

تعامل الموظفين من المكاتب الامامية مرورا بمشرفة القاعة حتى العمال لحمل الامتعة ، متجاوبين مبتسمين وسريعين .. الغرفة واسعة والسرير مريح والاطالة جميلة .. متعاونين عند وجود ملاحظة قاموا بتبديل الغرفة اشكرهم جزيل الشكر .

اريد ان اعلق بخصوص ملاحظات بسيطة : ساعة الغرفة لم تكن تعمل ، تدفق الماء في المروش كان ضعيفا جدا وغير موزع الماء فيه جيدا ، يوجد المروش اليدوي لم يكن يعمل حاولت تحويل مسار الماء من المروش الاعلى الى ذو اللي اليدوي في مكان الاستحمام لم يكن يعمل .. غير ذلك كل شيء جيد .

Pros:

This is my second stay here, and it's just as great as the first.
What really makes this hotel special is the people. Every member of the staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay better. You can tell they truly care about their guests, and that makes a huge difference.
The hotel also has a fantastic gym, clean, well-equipped, and perfect if you like to keep up with your workouts while traveling.

Thank you to the whole team for another wonderful stay. I'll definitely be back again and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

I only wish the pool had a bit warm water.
