The staff was very helpful as well as hospitable. The location is great as it is next to the underground station, the railway and the northern part of the Old Town.
Overall, the room was clean, however, there were some spots left after insects on the walls that spoilt the impression.

Wifi: could connect to the hotel's wifi but could not access the internet.
The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very accommodating with requests and patient with the language barrier (we are native English speakers).
The bathroom was in poor condition with a lot of patch work that had significant mould growth. In addition the bathroom had a bad smell possibly caused by the mould.
