Cons:

Usually when we book a hotel, AC will be included but in this hotel, AC wasn't there and the fan was too noisy, breakfast was bad.

The stay was comfortable
Pros:

The hotel was super neat & clean. It was at a very comfortable location, easily accessible to all main tourist destinations. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast should be offered complimentary to all guests as it is tough to find any hygienic restaurant in nearby areas. Also hotel should have more strength of employees as I could see same staff repeating their shifts.

Pathetic Service but good rooms

Cons:

Very rude behaviour of two receptionist with moustache, one of them Purshottam.
He has attitude problem as if I am staying for free. He won't give manager number saying he has gone to Gulf. Please do something otherwise these guys will ruin this beautiful hotel
Food delivery guy was very polite and professional.
