Pros:

Good price, big rooms. For the upper floors there is no elevator but they informed us before, and for us it is not a problem. However, i am happy that they told this to us. Not so far from the center. Very friendly stuff.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned well enough, it was dirty especially in the corners.
