The staff were great, the experience not what I paid for.
Pros:

The staff were very responsive and friendly, although the issues I had were fundamentally unresolved.

Cons:

First I was transferred to a neighbouring hotel without forewarning or notice. The room was constricted and not what I had imagined leave alone paid for. Secondly, there was no internet throughout my stay in the neighbouring hotel. One reason I chose the hotel was internet. Thirdly, Breakfast was for example served at 7. Although I had to leave for work by 7 they could not work out any alternative offer for the one day I needed early breakfast. Despite a very friendly staff, I felt swindled by this experience.

Pros:

Nothing to mention

Cons:

They had overbooked. Told me a lie about plumbing problems and set me up in the hotel across the street. There I found a lower standard. Luckily friendly staff. I paid the full price. Unfortunately a non-refundable booking so I felt obliged to accept.

Great front office staff rooms are large and pool is good
Flexible early check time
If you want to experience a lively area remera has great music bars and food

Cons:

Airport pick up was a no show and had to ring hotel and wait 30 minutes before taxi showed up Air con not working on arrival but switched rooms so fine

AC in the living room fluctuated a lot. Not a biggie if you are mostly out. Becomes frustrating when you stay indoors longer

For a hotel this nice, occupancy ought to be better. Barely ran into any guests.

A great stay close to Kigali airport
Pros:

The hotel was very communicative and responsive when there were changes to my flight, arranged a free airport pickup and we also got breakfast in our room free of charge. The room was very nice. A great experience after a long day of travel!

It was good for the price and if you're not in a hurry.
Pros:

The place was clean and nice looking. The Wellness and pool were wonderful. The food was very good and the breakfasts were substantial.

Cons:

The WiFi was weak, but generally worked. The TV's never worked properly. The suite was not equipped as described in their advertising. The staff was typically very slow to respond and the service in the restaurant was very slow.

The food. Neatness, well organized and professional. Good staff with professional manners.

Cons:

The bed was super hard 😫. They need to invest on comfortable mattresses. I wake up my body feeling pains 😢

Trustworthy hotel with great staff and excellent property
Pros:

The hotel was just amazing and comfortable - close to the city centre of Remera yet very quiet, very helping even caring staff, clean, great breakfast with gorgeous mountain view. The responses of staff were quick and helping too.

Pros:

Great Hotel near the airport. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

With early departure, the Hotel provided a packed breakfast containing frozen fruits in paper bag. Moisture made the paper soggy and thawed fruits made them mushy.
