Pros:

The staff was very kind

Cons:

The facilities are old. The air conditioning in the room has water leakages and the window net fell off. The breakfast food is not great

Voisinage un peu bruyant mais l’hôtel en lui même est super
Pros:

Promptitudes des employés à aider, propreté des lieux

Cons:

Extinction complète de l’électricité lorsqu’on sort ce qui arrête la climatisation et au retour il faut patienter une bonne dizaine de minutes pour que ça reprenne.

Great stay, good value for money
Pros:

I had excellent stay at this hotel. Very close walking distance to most of the places I wanted to visit. Very safe area, but the whole city of Kigali is very safe, full of kind people. Staff was always attentive and helpful.

Great location to explore Kigali
Pros:

The hotel is at a very good location, easily walkable to most of the places I wanted to see in the city.
The staff of the hotel is really kind, attentive and helpful.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
The bed is super comfortable and huge

Pros:

The room, for the most part, was good. Very tasteful decor, great shower, good amenities.

Cons:

Mattress not comfortable, air conditioning spotty (I had to call for service every day), hole in one towell and tatters on the other, no elevator, poor breakfast.
