Pros:

The food. Neatness, well organized and professional. Good staff with professional manners.

Cons:

The bed was super hard 😫. They need to invest on comfortable mattresses. I wake up my body feeling pains 😢

Trustworthy hotel with great staff and excellent property
Pros:

The hotel was just amazing and comfortable - close to the city centre of Remera yet very quiet, very helping even caring staff, clean, great breakfast with gorgeous mountain view. The responses of staff were quick and helping too.

Pros:

Great Hotel near the airport. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

With early departure, the Hotel provided a packed breakfast containing frozen fruits in paper bag. Moisture made the paper soggy and thawed fruits made them mushy.

Prachtig hotel met zwembad in een bruisend Kigali.
Pros:

Mooi en groot zwembad.
Ruime kamers.
Ontbijt was voldoende.
Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het hotel bestaat uit 2 gebouwen. 1 van de 2 gebouwen heeft geen lift. Dit was een klein nadeel.
Het personeel is echter heel behulpzaam en helpt met het bovenbrengen van de valiezen.
Aan de overkant van het hotel is er een nachtclub die wat overlast kan bezorgen, vooral als je kamer vooraan is.

Hôtel accueillant et bien situé pour une arrivée à Kigali
Pros:

Nous avions réservé pour notre arrivée en fin d'après-midi à Kigali à un très bon tarif : transfert depuis l'aéroport assuré gratuitement par l'hôtel, chambre immense, comme une suite avec 2 chambres pour nous et nos filles et un salon. Le diner et le petit déjeuner étaient très bons et la piscine est très agréable et propre. L'hôtel est à proximité d'une rue avec des commerces pour faire les premières courses, acheter une carte sim ou faire le plein d'essence avant de partir.

Cons:

Il ya de l'attente au restaurant comme souvent au Rwanda mais la nourriture est très bonne.

AC problems
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, good location.

Cons:

AC didn't work and poured water all over the room floor. Moved rooms several times; same problem in all rooms. Management was not responsive/available to help.

Pros:

i like everything. helpful staff, clean rooms, quiet neighborhood, good breakfast, quick and on time room service.

Cons:

no elevators so not suitable for people with movement restrictions. But it was ok for us. The AC didn't work well but the weather is good for so we didn't need it.

A bit disappointed
Pros:

We like the environment and the staffs were friendly. The place is very clean and welcoming was good

Cons:

The AC was not cooling well and also dripping water. We changed room because the AC in the 1st suite given to us was not working and even the 2nd suite had same issue. Their food is not friendly for foreigners and not even tasty, we paid for 2 plates of food that we rejected and couldn't eat because it doesn't have taste and too much oil.
