Offers airport pick up but has no capacity or organization to make it happen. The staff was nice and polite but undertrained. Meals were poorly prepared. Failed to clean bathroom
On one occasion and did not replenish soap. They were nice but over promised and under delivered.
I only got to spend seven whole hours but I can tell you that it was extremely clean, the bedding was luxurious, the staff was excellent and breakfast was great. Highly recommend
Our stay was good. Only issue is they were 40 minutes late with our breakfast which caused us to leave without being able to eat our breakfast because we were going to be late for our morning appointment.

The rooms are quite nice, the proper is peaceful, and the majority of the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.
This place should easily have gotten 4-5 stars based on the above but there were three problems all centered around unexpected charges that were poorly handled.
1. I booked a room advertised with air conditioning, but only 2 of their rooms actually have it. When I got to my room I asked to be moved to one with air conditioner and was told it's a higher rate (20% more). This led to an exhausting "negotiation" with my saying I want what I booked and the one young staff (he is the problem in all of these) saying it's a different price and the information on booking.cok was wrong. I say it's not my responsibility to keep the information accurate and I want what I paid for. He finally puts me in the room with a/c for no extra charge.
2. This place advertises a free airport shuttle. It's actually $15. The same guy tells me the free shuttle is only for the room with the a/c at the higher price - same long back and forth with me saying I simply want what I paid for. Eventually he takes 10k rwanda franks (~$8).
3. I bought some drinks for 10k francs. Typically the charges are converted to USD. He says up to 10k "it's the same" and charges $10. This is minor but it's just the icing on the cake. Ironically their card reader wasn't working so I didn't actually pay this, though I was held up getting to the airport waiting and he seemed to care more about the $10 then me missing my flight.
I made 4 transactions here (room, restaurant 2x, shuttle) and 3 of them I had to deal with this "negotiation" that he said was "good". I didn't ask for anything extra for free, just to be provided with what I was told I already paid for. This was not a suitable explanation for this guy.
This is not a bad place, there is just this one guy that ruins the experience.
Clean, fresh and maintained to a very high level.
No pool.
The hotel is well decorated, very clean, excellent food, with very serviceable staff. It is located close to Nyarutamana upscale neighborhood but at the same time slightly remote. You have the impression of being upcountry while you are close to town.
The quality of the place, service, and food was outstanding.
This property is well built. Very clean. The employees are hospitable. great food.
