Cons:

they denied availability of any rooms although after that I booked from here they said we don't want to see do you think I'll lie.the person sitting at the reception stars banging registers on the table though I was trying to explain everything to him politely. therefore did not stay there as I did not feel worth keeping my point as they don't listen to the customers and are really clever.

Worst hotel. Nothing to do with Fab Hotels.
Pros:

Breakfast means one parantha. If you ask for more it's chargeable , even for water.

Cons:

Worst hotel I have ever stayed.
Rude staff.
No hot water in bathroom

Staff was good

Cons:

Don't pay for breakfast. There is no buffet. We were 3 including our one year old son. We have hardly ordered for rs250 and they have charged 500 plus 80 extra for boiled eggs for kid. .
