Pros:

The Staff was amazing!! You are first greeted by Delfina and Radmila. They will assist you with your room and guide you in the direction for shopping and local food. The bar staff Metodi, Bazhe and Emil are amazing and will help with all your needs. Emile is very helpful as he works in the morning and Metodi works nights. All you have to do is ask and they both will help you. The drinks were excellent and the service was top notch. The best for last! Sonja and Hristina are outstanding!!! The ladies provided quality and delicious breakfast. We would travel to see the local sights and the ladies would provide snacks for our trip!!! They also provided the house cleaning. The rooms were always clean upon our return. Thank you all for your hospitality. I will return soon and will only stay at this hotel because of the food, drinks, safety and especially the Staff. They made my vacation the most memorable visit. My number one hotel to stay at. I will be back soon.

Cons:

nothing. I was treated like family. I could not have been at a better place during my visit. The staff and service was top notch. I have not been to a better hotel in all my travels. The staff was very helpful in communication as i spoke little Macedonian language and they spoke little English, they staff was very patient and always willing to help. There is nothing that i did not like
