Heureusement que c'est pas cher
Pros:

L'hôtel est à côté de la station de bus, et du Mékong ainsi qu'en face de deux excellents restaurants. Le personnel était gentil et a mis un tuk tuk à notre disposition quand nous en avions besoin.

Cons:

Le matelas était dur comme de la pierre, la douche inexistante, juste un tuyau, l'évacuation a l'autre bout de la salle de bain ce qui implique que tout le sol soit mouillé à chaque fois qu'on allume la douche. Une fenêtre donnant sur un mur à 30 cm. Et pas de frigo ni de bouilloire, peu pratique pour conserver l'eau un minimum fraîche.

Pros:

L'emplacement et toit terrasse sont très bien. On peut louer un scooter, le patron nous fait un prix. La climatisation est silencieuse et efficace.
Le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

Les toilettes se sont bouchés dès la première utilisation. La douche s'est également bouchée. Les moustiquaires sont trop petites et trouées.. On nous a tout de même changé de chambre mais le lit était très dur. L'emplacement est bruyant, réveillé entre 2 et 3h du matin. Commentaire concernant les chambres doubles du bas.
Le prix (17$) n' est pas raisonnable au vu de ces défauts.

Bon emplacement et jolie maison.

Cons:

L’établissement est aussi un café restaurant. La lumière et le son sont coupés de relativement bonne heure. Mais c’est à intégrer si on a besoin de se coucher de bonne heure.

La gentillesse du personnel, les repas très bons à prix abordables, l'emplacement et le roof top.

Cons:

Il faut avoir un répulsif pour les moustiques car ils sont particulièrement nombreux. Heureusement il y a une moustiquaire.
