Worst stay I have ever experienced in my 15 years of hotels

Cons:

The service was terrible, I was not given my rights as a customer. The door lock didn’t lock , the room had sounds from outside not sound proof, I complained and they didn’t do anything about it but only make it worse as if they were trying to tell me in other words don’t complain, once I reached to the manager on duty he tried to help but it was to late as I was already checking out
