Некорректность работы ресепшн
Pros:

Расположение и завтрак.

Cons:

1. В баре все время сидели пьяные люди
2. Отель при check-out затребовал 40 тыс тг на химчистку халата, мотивируя это тем, что тональный крем будет тяжело смыть. Никаких уведомлений при заселении, почему не работает стирка халатов, какое основании для штрафа - так и не сказали. Лишь после того, как предупредили о негативном отзыве, разрешили уходить. Честно - испортили все впечатление в конце.
