Kozel volt a part! A takarítónő nagyon kedves volt! A lanyomnak minden nap készített torulkozobol figurakat, aminek a lanyom nagyon örült! A bufebena szemelyzet aranyos volt, lobby barban is! Volt egy tematikus elozenes este, az nagyon szep volt!
A recepcios holgyet nem mondanam kedvesnek! Tavozaskor azt se kerdezte, hogy ereztuk magunkat csak kerte a parkolasi díjat es viszlat😅 kicsit tobbet vartam volna tole! Az etelek nem momdanam, hogy annyira finomak lettek volna!
Amplasare hotel
Ne-a fost schimbata rezervarea la alt hotel. Cu o zi inainte de intrare am primit mesaj ca nu mai avem locuri la Laguna Beach, desi rezervarea fusese facuta in februarie (si platita integral).

In primul rand aceasta nu este un hotel de 4 stele! In camera nu exista nimic din ceea ce ar fi trebuit sa fie pentru 4 stele: gel de dus, sampon (exista in baie doar 2 sticlute mici si 2 sapunele si prosoape), papuci, halat, apa, minibar, ceai sau cafea, etc. Ce sa mai zic de internet sau wi-fi?! Doar un semnal slab la receptie. Nimic nu miroase a proaspat sau a "curat". Pe plaja, desi e allinclusive exista o ghereta amarata pentru bere; nu prezinta nici o incredere. Cand am ales acest hotel am vazut note de 8+, recenzii f.bune insa NU MERITA!

Staff was super friendly, attentive. we even had a cot set up in our room which we hadn’t asked for. Absolutely delicious food, good variety especially for dinner. great that they have an indoor swimming pool for poor weather
sauna is paid, safety box is paid, fresh juice is paid, even frappe you have to pay for… sort of not great when you expect all inclusive… but that seems to be everywhere
The location is very good right on the beach. The food was very tasty 😋
