Food was fairly average
Great location for walks and mountain drives.
Breakfast was poor .Second morning fruit came out as we were leaving .
The food served by the restaurant was terrible and, although the rooms are okay, this lets the hotel down significantly.
The room was clean and well equipped for a 2 night stay ,with the very hot weather, there was no air-conditioning and no fans available ,the location of the hotel was great .
The dinner in the restaurant the wait was terrible there where 2 large parties in the night I was there and not enough staff on ,we had ordered our meal before one of the big groups came in and after an hour we had to ask where our meal was ,another couple were the same , waiting over an hour . It was not the staff just wasnt enough on to cope with the large parties ,should have had more staff knowing these large groups were coming in .
Location was stunning
The food was not great, service slow to refill breakfast and the milk was off. Had dinner one of the nights and our table was never cleared. Glasses left in the lobby from the night before
The location is excellent, you can choose from the many walks around the lakes and forests. Parking easy beside the hotel with many places to sit to eat and drink outside in nice weather. Large bedroom. Dinner was lovely.
There was no one at the tiny reception until check in time at 3pm. We had wanted to leave our bag so we could head out for a walk.

Kein Käse keine Wurst, für den Hotelpreis nicht angemessen.

The surroundings were lovely, the bar was ok
The view in room 218 is terrible, the hotel needs updating badly, the breakfast wasn't great, is was luke warm, no atmosphere in the bar , no room service, hotel in general needs to be updated.

Beautiful location and big comfy rooms
Hard to find staff when you needed assistance.
Location was lovely. Lovely walks, area steeped in history, ancient buildings. We saw a deer close, which i never have before. Natural beautiful area. Bedroom was good size, good facilities.
Breakfast was poor, hot food cold, only one staff member to guide customers, no guiding where crockery kept, limited menu especially in yogurts and fruit salad. Bedroom lacked pictures or character, felt unfinished.
