Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great undercooked bacon , no mushrooms or beans, water tasted of chlorine and fluoride, should be filtered by reverse osmosis filters.I didn't think hotels still allowed fluoridated water in their kitchens these days, however it is what it is.

I'd stay again due to the location, it's truly idyllic

The hotel was very comfortable and in a beautiful location that was conveniently located for hiking at Glendalough. The room was spacious, comfy and clean. The breakfasts and dinners were very nice. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking if travelling by car.

Hôtel exceptionnel par sa situation, beaucoup moins par la qualité du service.
Pros:

Situation exceptionnelle, au coeur du parc, balades et visites de l'abbaye possibles dès le seuil.

Dîner très correct.

Cons:

L'accueil ennuyé du réceptionniste ...
A part cela, les chambres single sont microscopiques... (d'anciennes cellules monacales ?)
Et, gros point noir, pas de petit-déjeuner avant 8h30 ... Pas sympa pour ceux qui ont un avion à prendre.

A beautiful part of the world supported by genuine hospitality
Pros:

The view from our room. Parking was great. The outside ‘coffee area’. The breakfast space. The food was nice & the staff were awesome from reception to the waiter at dinner!

Cons:

The toilets in the public area were tired & needed some work.

Stunning location and super lovely staff
Pros:

Great location for a hotel, right at the foot of the Wicklow mountain range. For walkers, cyclists and bikers this is a great stop.
Rooms were clean and tidy.
Food either for dinner or breakfast was lovely. Just wish we had arrived earlier and got to eat outside as it looked very cool.
Exploring the grounds, with the monument is a must. (depending on time of year though tack bug repellent for the little midgies).
Staff were super accommodating, even letting us get the drone up for some footage of the grounds.

Cons:

Room was a touch small, but again minor issue.
Breakfast not starting until 8:15 was a little annoying, again purely as we planned an early set off.
