Завтраки слабые
Останавливаась здесь в 4ый раз. На мой взгляд, это самое уюное и комфортное место в Алматы. Большой чистый номер с хорошим ремонтом, все подумано до мелочей. В холлах отеля приятный запах. Персонал очень приветливый, чувствуешь себя как дома. Всегда, когда еду в Алматы, стараюсь здесь остановиться.

No choice for breakfast
Вежливый персонал. Вкусная еда. Номера со всеми удобствами начиная от тапочек с банным халатом, заканчивая полным набором бытовой техники (стиральная машина, утюг, фен, микроволновка) и наличием кондиционера в каждой комнате. Возникающие вопросы решались очень быстро. В шаговой доступности от отеля находятся обменники, магазины, где можно приобрести все необходимое. До Кок Тобе и парков пешком далековато - можно добраться на такси.
Номера, которые мы снимали, расположены рядом с ресепшеном... И, как следствие, очень много шума: персонал разговаривает, постояльцы что-то спрашивают, музыка играет, кто-то смотрит видео на ютьюбе или в тиктоке без наушников - все слышно... невозможно полноценно отдохнуть даже ночью, так как и ночью персонал делает какие-то свои дела, чем-то шурша или брякая, телефон звонит на ресепшене ночью тоже или заезжают\выезжают постояльцы... эти 5 дней стали для меня испытанием на выживание.
Номер просто бомбический!

It is a dream property. The staff is very good, they provided the best view room with big terrace. Very beautiful view and enjoyed the patio in the snow fall. Will definitely recommend this and will surely visit next time.
The hotel is perfect! Its location is excellent, it’s very cozy, has good breakfast (we stayed 6 days and it was always different). I would like especially mention the staff - everyone was so friendly, helpful and nice. The reception employees, the guards, every worker in the cafes. I liked that there is a cafe at the premises - you can eat anytime or buy some snacks without leaving the hotel.
The rooms were very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. Having washing machines was very helpful. The personal was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good.
They didn’t have a restaurant in the hotel, but we could order meals as a room service when kids were hungry.
Great hotel with friendly staff, good food in restaurant and they even brought up our breakfast on a trolley as we had an early departure the next day. We had a huge apartment with kitchen area, two tvs and lots of windows.
