All good
Location, pool and fitness center
Breakfast (No many choices)
Pool was too cold but hot tub was awesome! Breakfast wasn't tasty and it was advertised that pastries would be available and there were none. Friendly staff, quiet and clean room.
Breakfast, no staff to make espresso drinks, cold pool (to me)
Small crowded room. Few electrical plugs. Tv was broken. Sounded charming in description
, definitely not.
Our stay at the newly built Casitas was absolutely incredible! The location, furnishings, view, and amenities were exactly what we needed for our short getaway. Our casita was cozy, comfortable, peaceful, beautifully furnished, and the view was breathtaking. We hope to make another trip and stay in one of the other Casitas.
Was in a great location.. nice and quiet .was close to downtown Alpine and great places to eat .
breakfast was good.
shower did not work, air conditioner did not work. There was no phone in the room. I was hot and had a sleepless night.
Room is clean, comfy and quiet. Parking is easy
The breakfast was good but because of a large group having a social meeting there was no where to sit and enjoy it.
Upset by room allocation. Refused to allocate a room on the upper floor.
Dining is off site. They do not take reservations. We were given a 45 wait and told we would receive a text. We don‘t have an American smart phone.
Receptionist told us there were other restaurants in town, but didn‘t know where. We should look them up on our smart phones.
Check-in, Check-out; Cleanliness, decor, breakfast, location
Nothing
Check-in and Check-out; Breakfast; Hotel decor; Nice Rooms; Safe place.
The hotel, inside and out, was very clean, very well maintained, and the staff obviously takes pride in their hotel. We had our dog with us and they gave us a room next to an exit. It was super easy to take her for walks! Thank you so much!
From 5500 miles away the hotel looked to be a special place to stay on our Texas road trip. Rest, experience, dine are their key words. True West Texas hospitality they say. This is a rustic motel pretending to be a hotel. The rooms are small. Apart from bed options you are given no choice of rooms. I was dreadfully upset at the room we were given, it was take it or leave it. And, we had booked and fully paid 6 weeks earlier!. I did not sleep so no rest. Dine they say and in their communication they say to make a reservation. The restaurant, off site, does not take reservations. First come, first serve. We were given a 45 minute wait. They would text us . We don‘t have American mobile phones. The receptionist said there were other places to eat but she didn‘t know where. We should google it on our phones!! So no Rest, no Dining (they advertise their coffee and pastries - not available) and an Experience I would not wish to have ever again. Oh and as for the panoramic view of the beautiful Twin Peak Mountains, the Alps of Alpine, I’m sure they are wonderful but not with cars parked infront of the bedroom window.
