Boli sme tu druhý krát, prvý bolo super ale teraz v apartmáne sa nám nepáčilo

Cons:

Chýbala klimatizácia, v izbe bolo strašne teplo napriek tomu, že vonku pršalo. Izba bola iná ako fotografie na bookingu, izba nebola 100% upratana, televízor stále sekal asi zlý signál .

Měli jsme v hotelu rezervovaný apartmán pro 4lidi, tudíž dva pokoje, záchod a koupelnu. Musím říct že jsem ještě nikdy neviděla v hotelu větší bordel. Tento apartmán asi dlouho nikdo neuklízel. Všude byla vrstva prach a o záchodě radši ani nemá cenu mluvit. Celý špinavý až oranžový, všude šmouhy, prach a vlasy. Na matraci se raději ani nekoukejte. Když jsem šla konfrontovat slečnu na recepci, tak se mi spíše vysmála do obličeje co si to vymýšlím, zavolala mi nejspíš vedoucí která byla celkem arogantní. Následně jsem všechen nepořádek vyfotila a šla za ní znovu. Po ukázání fotek otočila a snažila se mi nějak pomoct. Peníze bohužel už vrátit nešli abychom z hotelu mohli odjet…nakonec se situace vyřešila tak že nám dali 2 rozdílné pokoje, které měli být původně pro jinou rodinu která následně měla dostat náš apartmán..nutno zmínit že skoro žádné pokoje nemají klimatizaci takže se nevyspíte. Nám dali jeden pokoj s klimatizací, která ovšem také moc nefungovala, ale pořád lepší než nic. Pokoj už byl čistší ale i tak žádná sláva. Nehet v koupelně, mravenci a brouci. No a poslední věc jsou snídaně..jedním slovem katastrofa. Par jogurtu, rohlíky, šunka a tím končí výběr. Tento hotel určitě nedoporučuji.

The location is perfect. Right in the center. Personel was great, even solving issues with noisy guests with charm.

Some of the facilities are showing signs of wearing off. The fitness room needs to get aired out and cleaned up. The bathroom main light was not working.
