Pros:

Location bonne, si ce n’est le bruit une longue partie de la soirée /nuit à cause du restaurant d’en face.
Personnel très accueillant

Cons:

- une seule petite bouteille d’eau pour 2…
- pas de machine à café …
- propreté moyenne : des araignées dans les placards et Wc … beaucoup de moisissures dans la douche (joints) et douche bouchée

Good location for Christmas Market
Pros:

Lovely room nice and clean with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Great location foŕ getting to the Christmas Market and Cathedral.

Cons:

Parking was a short walk away and accessed by a remote control which meant stopping at the hotel first to collect it and drop it off after.

La literie était confortable la salle de bain spacieuse. Le personnel était à l’écoute du client. Le spa très agréable nous avons passées un très bon moment ma fille et moi.

Cons:

Pour charger le téléphone il fallait que la lumière soit allumée. Il y avait des taches sur les rideaux et les murs étaient abîmés. L'inconvénient le petit déjeuner se prends dans l'établissement d'en face ou se trouve le SPA. Vous serez obligés de prendre une veste ou un manteau pour aller prendre votre petit déjeuner.

Nous tenons cependant à saluer l’amabilité du voiturier, la salle du petit-déjeuner était très agréable, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la compréhension de l’établissement qui nous a permis un départ tardif. Enfin, la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain est véritablement très appréciable.

Cons:

L’établissement est globalement agréable. Toutefois, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles à ce niveau de tarification, certains éléments nous ont semblé manquer : l’absence de peignoirs et de chaussons, ainsi que la propreté des gobelets dans la salle de bain, qui est à revoir. De plus, la chambre était assez fraîche à notre arrivée (17 degrés).
