Had a lovely stay, amazing staff , beautiful room. Minor issue was the air conditioning not working at all.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very clean, beautiful breakfast area. Staff are really nice and try and help as much as they can. Housekeeping are also really friendly. Breakfast is lovely has a wide range of food on offer. Hard working , kind people staff. Our room was lovely, bathroom looks brand new!

Cons:

The air conditioning was fully off. Where our room was in the hotel it just gets rather hot in there, we called reception but the only solution they gave was opening the window, which was already open, it was a small window that the room had so, each night we were boiling at night.

Also maintenance men knocked at the door at 9am, no idea why as everything in the room was absolutely fine. They needed to access the bathroom but my partner was in the shower so i had to decline. A warning of someone coming to repair something would have helped. Still have no idea what they needed to do as everything was fully functioning.

Átutazás esetén, illetve rövidebb pihenésre, akár egy kellemes hétvégére azonban a hotel tökéletes választás.
Pros:

A Hotel tiszta és rendezett, kedves segítőkész személyzet! Az ételek kiválóak, rendkívül finomak voltak, minden fogás igazi élményt nyújtott - fine dining. A reggeli is nagyszerű volt, gluténérzékeny van a családban erre külön figyeltek, bőséges választék, minőségi alapanyagok, láthatóan nagy figyelmet fordítanak rá.

A szálloda minden része tiszta, rendezett és kulturált, kellemes illat fogad mindenhol. Az apartman tágas, a fürdőszoba is nagy és kényelmes.

A konditerem ugyan kisebb méretű, de jól felszerelt. A wellness részlegen csak szauna található, én személy szerint egy pezsgőfürdőt hiányoltam, az még sokat emelt volna az élményen, bár a szaunát most kihagytuk.

Léva városa nem hagyott bennünk különösebb, maradandó élményt. Egy egyszerű kisváros, a vár sem vonzott különösebben, és sok látnivaló sincs. Átutazás esetén, illetve rövidebb pihenésre, akár egy kellemes hétvégére azonban a hotel tökéletes választás.

Az egyik hölgy a recepción magyarul is beszélt, készségesen mindig segített!

Cons:

Nagyszerű rendkívüli hotel, kellemes, nyugodt környezet, nagyon finom ételek! Ár-értek arányban nagyon jó!

Tökéletes szállás egy gyors kiruccanáshoz, pihenéshez.
Pros:

Kellemes hangulatú az egész szállás. Tiszta, rendezett, karakán. Az ételek kiválóak.

Cons:

Az ágy nem volt a legkényelmesebb (nekünk túl puha volt)

it was cold in the room, I coudn't turn in the air conditioner and called reception twice, left a message, but anyways didn't got the response. Really poor selection of toiletries.
