Boa localização e excelente atendimento
Pros:

O quarto é confortável, hotel bem localizado e o café da manhã é bem servido.
Nós também fomos muito bem atendidos! O recepcionista Miguel fez o nosso check-in e check-out e foi muito prestativo! Como tivemos que sair cedo pro aeroporto, perderíamos o café da manhã do último dia, não fosse o Miguel se prontificar a buscar pãezinhos e pastéis de nata para nós na cozinha do hotel.

Fantastico!!!
Pros:

Siamo stati accorti con molta gentilezza e cortesia, camera graziosa e molto pulita. Ottima la colazione, molta varietà sia dolce che salata. La metro a 2 minuti dall’hotel dove puoi raggiungere qualsiasi posto da visitare. Sicuramente se torneremo, ritorneremo qui.

Ce fut un réel plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable et sympathique, disponible au besoin même avant notre arrivée pour notre séjour par message via booking. La chambre en elle-même était, à notre arrivée, propre et rangée ce qui fut agréable, et durant notre séjour, le ménage était fait et le nécessaire de toilette remis à chaque fois. Au sein de l'hôtel, aucun bruit à noter, en tout cas pas lors de notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était bien fourni.

Cons:

La localisation de l'hôtel n'est malheureusement pas idéale, en tout cas en ce qui concerne les soirs si vous rentrez à pieds, le quartier de Martim Moniz qui se situe pas loin est quelque peu fréquentable lors de la nuit tombée, et le reste de la rue jusqu'à l'hôtel n'est pas très "agréable", ce qui est dommage.
