Clean, quiet in the room eventhough its in a bigger street. The room was as seen in the pictures and the location was great to walk around in a less busy area of Lisbon. Near pretty viewpoints.

Walls are thin and was woken up by drunks having a conversation at 2am
Sobe su prostrane i vrlo čiste. Osoblje je ljubazno i uvijek na usluzi. Lokacija je veoma dobra. Ukoliko ste raspoloženi za šetnju, za nekih 20min se može doći do centra kao i naselja Alfame, za udaljenije lokacije koristire Uber, veoma je povoljan!

This Hotel is excellent 👌 very clean, comfortable and breakfast is superb. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The city transport is exceptional and all very accessible outside the front door. As is food and shops on the same street. We will be back again at this Hotel

Me gustó mucho la cercanía a principales atracciones turísticas, incluyo también el buffet de desayunos, pequeño pero completo, tenía de todo.
No me gustó que al menos, en nuestra habitación, la puerta del baño era corredera y se filtraban olores a la habitación, por lo que teníamos que abrir ventanas cada vez que volvíamos a la habitación por el olor a las cañerías.

The breakfast was a lovely spread of eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, milk, juice etc!!! Really lovely breakfast with MANY options. The breakfast staff was attentive, kind, and kept the breakfast area fully stocked and tidy for guests. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay! I had breakfast on 02/28/26. So kudos to the breakfast staff!!!
The flat screen television was nice. Large. The balcony to the room was nice. The room was clean. Bedding was clean as well. Standard free soap and conditioner.
INATTENTIVE/DISMISSIVE front desk staff. Prior to staying ONE night at New Style Hotel, I stayed at another hotel that was so amazing. New Style felt like a downgrade. I stayed at New Style because I wanted to see if I wanted to spend an entire week or more there. For me, 24hrs was more than enough. I had to wait to check in since I was early. No problem. Once my room was ready, the receptionist (initials M.A.) shouted across the lobby at me that my room was ready. I do not feel like I was being treated as a paying guest. He couldn't even bother to walk over to me and gently tell me my room was ready. Then another receptionist joined the front desk, and looked me square in the eye and didn't greet me at all. No "hello". No "Hola". No "welcome". Just SILENCE. M.A. gave me a few small sheets of paper as if that was all I needed to get into my room. I thought there was a code to get into the room. But NO. M.A. failed to give me my key card. There were no other guests to check in so there was no rush. So I had to lug my heavy bags back down to the lobby. BOTH of these receptionists did not treat me with respect. So when I pointed it out to M.A., that he didn't give me my key card, he and the other receptionist started looking through their folders.🙄 It was honestly absurd. And when I continued to say something to M.A. about this, his demeanor was more about stifling the issue. He began talking over me by saying, "Okay your room is ready" when that wasn't the point. The issue was that TWO receptionists failed to see/care about their job or me as a guest. RUDE. And the other receptionist went out of his way to not even greet me as a way to avoid very basic DECENCY.
New Style Lisbon lost my business. A minimum of 600+ EUROS worth. I was willing to stay there for a week or more since I extended my trip. But...NOPE. BAD STAFF.
Also, the shower door was broken so ALOT of water spilled out onto the floor.
