The service of staff TOP NOCHT!!
Pros:

The staff gave us excellent service , specially beatriz. She is the best , she can make something impossible become happening🥳🥳🥳 other than that location ia perfect !!!

Cons:

Not many option of the suite room . We dint like ceiling concept at suite room.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Boutiquehotel mit interessanter Architektur, altes Haus modern überarbeitet.
Supernettes, hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption, sehr leckeres Frühstück direkt am Tisch (mal was anderes als Buffet)

Cons:

Das Viertel kann bei ungünstiger Windrichtung in der An-/Abflugschneise vom Flughafen sein, Fenster sind gut gedämmt, aber für Frischluftfans evtl. etwas enttäuschend.

It was Sublime!
Pros:

As a traveller of many years I have not experienced a staff that was as hospitable, helpful and engaging as the staff from Sublime Lisboa!
They went out of their way to make our stay memorable.
The breakfast was at the next level. Variety and extensive offerings abounded.

Pros:

Os quartos são grandes, luminosos e muito confortáveis
O serviço é rápido, muito atento e prestavel

Cons:

Não há água quente de madrugada…. Tive um evento e à chegada queria tomar banho, mas não havia água quente pelas 3h00 …
Também não ser possível pedir uma “omolete” pelo room service number hotel de 5 estrelas e estar limitado aos pratos do menu é estranho, mas não critico

Pros:

The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Lisbon and although the walks into the centre take a little longer, it was worth being in a quieter location. The room was excellent and well provided, with a large comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Staff contacted us before arrival to confirm arrival time and check whether we had any special requests.

Pros:

Decoração de muito bom gosto, funcionários solícitos, bom funcionamento. Bom pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Um 5* para o valor que praticam seria de esperar oferecerem outros serviços, como piscinas, spa, ginásio.
